Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

The ice cream tipped over on the scale, and instead of handling it properly, the worker picked it up with his bare hands and put a piece back into my cup. I still had to pay for the portion that had spilled on the scale. Horrible customer service — at the very least, they could have cleaned the scale before weighing so I wasn’t charged for food I wouldn’t eat, or offered to let me pour the rest myself.

4 employees standing in the cashier area talking, not paying attention to the customers etc. The dry bar area was messy and some needed to be filled back up. Some of the machines weren’t working properly. They couldn’t answer questions about the flavors. The only good part was the yogurt that was working was delicious as usual.

Plenty of topping but many of the yogurts were out.

I drove over 30 minutes based on their website, which advertised numerous vegan options. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the only thing available was sorbet. When I brought this up, I was questioned about whether I had checked the correct website—only to show the staff their own site, which clearly listed multiple vegan choices. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. As a business, it’s your responsibility to ensure your website reflects accurate, up-to-date information. I wouldn’t have made the trip had I known the options were this limited.

On a recent movie trip we stopped in for some yogurt. The staff was friendly, the yogurt options were good, toppings on point, and the store was clean. I love the waffle chips - they are a nice touch as I haven’t seen those in other Menchies that I’ve gone to. Bravo!!!!

really good flavors. all the yogurt was great. but the waffle cone was so hard, wasn’t edible

This is good stuff!
Go in make your own mix bowl or cone of yogurt.
Lots of flavors.
Lots of toppings.
Then they weigh it a charge by the ounce.
Better than I expected.
I'm now a yogurt fan.

Never coming back to this location ever again! The kids working there are literally stealing from everyone. They have the nerve to skip the option for you to tip them and they tip themselves! And their customer service has gone extinct because they don't even bother to say hello or ask if you would like to try a flavor. This location used to be better before they reopened. I wonder if the owner is aware of this. I recommend you try a different location.

Owner be aware!!!!! I don’t mind giving a tip at all but these kids are adding the max on tips without asking shouldn’t that be unethical?

Very delicious

Young guy walks out the back soon as you walk in says nothing and just stares at you the whole time lol . Place was out of some things but still had alot to choose from. Went to check out still just a stare then rushed through the check out soon as my card hit got no receipt and guy was already walking to the back room 😅 to reply multitasking doesn't mean you should have poor customer service i would know I have a small business too and its not that hard to do.best of luck to you. do better and your reviews will be better

Was a good place but new owners only have a single flavor of no sugar added and they haven’t changed it in the few I’ve visited. Now today I bring my family from out of town and there is none!! Will be finding a new place.

Everything was great. It’s very clean and the staff’s are literal saints, their customer service is amazing and I’m so glad munchies is closer now.
Their flavors are always changing here and there and I love it. Family friendly and so welcoming. Definitely recommend coming here. And it’s not crazy expensive either.
