Imagine being an employee in an ice cream shop & spending 15 minutes in the bathroom . With customers obviously knocking on the door .. only for said employee, to SLAM the door open in anger & almost hit a 6 year old . No apology , no nothing. Looked right at her and didn’t even acknowledge her. Only for when the dad of said 6 year old decides to say something - the employee gets his phone out & starts recording .. but wait it doesn’t stop there . The dad LEAVES the ice cream shop, and the employee then goes outside to CONTINUE the recording and yelling ..now in Spanish .. in front of a 6 year old .
The wrong employees will literally ruin a business because when we told him we would complain he said “I have my boss on the palm of my hand, do whatever you want.”
ALL IN AN ICE CREAM SHOP IN FRONT OF A 6 YEAR OLD WITH AN EMPLOYEE . SMH .

After losing 34 pounds I had a sweet tooth.So I got some sugar free non-fat strawberry 🍓 ice cream.With Kiwi 🥝 Strawberries 🍓 and Banana 🍌 It was good.Also Alainna was very nice and sweet I hope I didn't talk her ear off lol.10 stars

We just walk out of the shop ( with a couple of ice-cream), but we would appreciate if the place were clean and the staff would take care of the shop instead looking at their phones...
They completely ruined my (maybe) child’s birthday and got me in the doghouse with (possible) baby mama. Everything was going sort of great in life until I decided to recommend the fro yo here. It was not really fro. It was just mostly the yo.. A chocolate melted soufflé if you will. These guys don’t even know what fro is. They wouldn’t be able to make ice on Antarctica

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in two separate occasions with this location. If your African American I advise you not to go here they are racist and only give proper customer service to their Caucasian counterpart's. First time ever coming to this location was on Saturday 9th of November between 8:30-9:15pm fixed my cup and waited in line to pay for my snack. While waiting I observed the care and attention the cashier's gave to the older Caucasian gentleman, carefully putting the lid on his cup, placing it in the bag with spoons and napkins, even pulled the little string off the bag to seal it for safe travels. Now my turn to purchase I have to ask for a lid, then ask for a bag, and that's just what they did "hand me a bag". I left upset and later calmed down by saying maybe it was just mistake or something. I come back tonight November 14, around 8:50pm. I proceeded to fix my snack and approach the register to pay. I sat my cup on the counter and asked for a lid. She weighed my snacks charged me, and I had to ask again for a lid, which she reached under the counter and grabbed two of them and sat them on the counter. I know racist when I see it and this is the second time this company has displayed it, I will not give Menchies a third try. If you are any race other than Caucasian, I advise you not to go here. Menchies thank you I see what your training program consist of.

I absolutely adore my daily/weekly healthy indulgence at Menchies! I love trying some new flavors and being able to enjoy my favorites too. The toppings are so plentiful that I can make a new creation on every visit!
