The ice cream is very tasty but the service is HORRIBLE. They don't greet people when they enter, they don't explain where to pick up their cups to start making their ice cream. When I was there, everyone who came in was lost and didn't know where to pick up the cups (because there's a column that blocks the view of where they are). I greeted the girl at the cash register and she completely ignored me, and when I went to pay again, she and her colleague were there and I said hello again, but they ignored me again and kept talking to each other. They should have simple manners.

It suck’s to know after 5 years their customer service still sucks( reference to another review) I walked in with my sister & daughter and greeted the guy who was preparing oline orders I assumed. I had to question if he had worked there because he didn’t greet me back. I looked at the flavors and decided I needed to sample a few so I politely asked if they had sample cups and before I could finish the guy cut me off and said,” ask her” to the lady standing behind him . She kindly gave me 2 sample cups. In between time the two associates were preparing online orders and interfering with us getting our topping & not bothering to excuse theirself. . Lastly while we were ready to check out there were now three associates in the front and no one thought to help us. We stood there for nearly a minute while everyone stood within arms reach of us and when the young lady finally decided to help us the asked me to answer a question on the pin pad which was asking if I wanted to leave a tip. That had to be the funniest part of my day.But here’s a tip for you: if you don’t like your job LEAVE!!!I came here from over 800 miles away and this definitely wasn’t the customer service I was expecting

Whenever I'm in Florida, I stop by Menchie's! I hadn't been to this location before. I stopped in on Saturday night and on a weekday. I'm giving a low rating due to the lack of professionalism and cleanliness at this location. This is not a reflection of all Menchie's. I'm a fan of the product. The low down: Saturday visit: there was a three person shift on a slow night gathered around the center console tasting samples! They were eating their own product in front of customers rather than helping or giving sample cups out. They helped themselves to their own supply. Then, after eating and licking the yogurt clean off the cup, one employee took a towel and started to wipe down counters. Hence, she spread whatever bacteria was on her hand from licking it to the rag then to the counter. Also, not one of the three employees welcomed us before, during, or when we left. We got a "don't let the door slap you on a** before you leave" vibe. Let us eat our company yogurt while we "work" and leave. Weekday visit: I love Menchie's and wanted to believe the first visit was an off night. So, I went back to the same location on a weeknight. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the greeting from the young lady at the counter (different employee than the previous shift). Still, she didn't offer a sample cup but I knew what I wanted. Her colleague (different girl than the weekend shift) walked out and headed to the register. I smiled and placed my frozen yogurt on the scale, all happy. I was overjoyed with my frozen creation but as I was looking down I felt something was off. I looked up to meet her eyes mid stare and felt the worst sense of hatred. But, why? I didn't do anything but feel happy about my yogurt. Ok, maybe she was having a bad day and if so, maybe prepping the condiments in the back would have been better for that shift. It happened quickly and it certainly wasn't a thank you for buying our product and come back again. When she knew I knew she was out of line, she walked back to whatever room is in the back. The first employee checked us out and we were off to eat our fro yo in the car. I hope this location sorts out their professionalism and cleanliness for the sake of the franchise. Overall, I don't think I've ever been inside a public place that serves customers this poorly. I'm still thinking about the experience due to how this can impact other Menchie's locations (in a bad way).

Sooo delicious. I come from Virginia where we only have sweet frog right now and this topped it for me!! It feels like a heathlier version of sweet frog. They offer so many more flavors and options that are less sugar. My favorite flavors are original tart, the dark chocolate dove, and the ice coffee flavor. The toppings are amazing too. Shredded coconut and the little peanuts are great but they added like chunks of a delicious brownie I almost lost it. So goooood!! They need to bring Menchie’s up north already. This location is great because they had all flavors and toppings stocked. The cashier was a nice young woman. We went around 6pm on a Thursday.

I wish that I could give this place 0 stars. Absolutely foul. After a long day at Disney, my family wanted to grab a treat. First, the place was outrageously dirty and my wife found a fly in her Tart yogurt (after that, we threw all of ours away). The tables were nasty, customer service by some male working the register was awful, the ''fresh fruit'' was nearly rotting, overfull trash cans, odd stench, and a sticky floor that seemed as if it was not cleaned since opening day. I'm surprised we didn't get sick from these numerous health violations. DO NOT GO to this menchies unless you want to be repulsed. I've never had an issue with this chain but this specific location NEEDS to be shut down!!!! DO BETTER!

Clean, super friendly staff but my god tastes awful! My daughter is a big fan of fro yo she loves pink berry and sweetfrog. So my daughter went basic vanilla chocolate and the cookies and cream. My husband got the marshmallow and dulce de leches. Gross. Ate the toppings which they have a great selection and the wafer biscuit are good are those too and threw the fro yo away my daughter is 3 I’ve never seen her say I don’t want this when it comes to fro yo. Pretty pricey too for how bad it tasted.

My friend and I went there with my kids and my friend was falsely accused for stealing frozen yogurt. The owner supposedly saw us throw the cameras from where ever there location was but the manager on duty ( who was amazing btw) told the owner that my friend had a sample cup. We had no reason to steal and the owner threatened to call the cops on us. My kids got so nervous and that made me so angry. He didn’t even bother to look at the camera. He singled my friend out because she was black. And she felt sooo profiled. Great freaking job CHRIS WHITE!!!!!!
This place is good, they are open late compared to other shops, we really like to go there when we visit the park, so it is a must go if you are close.

I used to love Menchies and brought my kids here all the time until tonight, May 14, 2022, when I thought my yogurt tasted weird and then noticed there was mold all over the Mochie topping. The "manager" was unapologetic and argued with me wondering why "I was so upset". I was (and am) angry, worried, and disgusted that I JUST ATE MOLD and that no one in there cared. This employee offered me another yogurt. Which isn't helpful. Why would I want another cup of frozen yogurt as I was holding back my puke and worried for my health after eating mold? Then they went into a bizarre and telling explanation that the employees already knew there was a box of moldy mochie in the storage room but it was put out to serve anyways?! I demanded a refund but did not stay to get it as this employee stormed off after getting combative with me. Check your food here, people. Because they really don't care if you consume contaminated food.
