Menchie's frozen yogurt

Whoever the proprietor or owning interest needs to update the hours. The CityWalk location does not open until 12 PM/noon. However, they have themselves listed as opening at 11 AM on Google and 8 AM on Universal’s website. What a joke!

Saw some negative reviews about the service, but Ali was so friendly and sweet! The place looked clean and the yogurt is delicious. Great experience!

Worst location in Orlando. All you hear is no free samples from the manager and constant irritation in his voice.

Customer service is really bad. We were served by a person named Sam, who was rude and dismissive. I hope they can hire people who are at the level of a tourist site like Universal.

Sam is the worst worker ever, he was rude with my family and I .I have NEVER have any experience like this in any Menchies, this is the worst Menchies I've been in.If you don't want to talk to clients don't work with clients.You should be careful you hire to work at your place.

Disrespectful and Hurtful Experience

We stopped by Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt at the Universal Studios Boardwalk to unwind after a long, tiring day—only to be met with extremely rude behavior from the cashier, whose name tag read Anna. When we politely asked for help, she snapped, “Why are you talking to me?” and aggressively threw items from her desk.

When we asked further, she replied with “Go ask who is responsible to fix that,” followed by “I don’t know, I don’t care.”

This deeply hurt my wife and left our kids shocked and disappointed. No customer, employee, or family should have to go through something like this.

Universal Studios guest services and management—please take this seriously and look into this incident before it happens again to another family.

I literally put the cup in the trash bcoz of the reaction of the employee “Anna” there. She was very rude when we politely asked if we could get any help with a flavor that had run out. She said “that’s not my problem so ask someone else” !! Just bcoz she maybe having a bad day, doesn’t mean you behave like that with your customers. Never going back here!!

This place is the worst. The employees like to yell at the customers, the half the machines were not working or empty and the place was dirty. Avoid and go to a better ice cream place. The employees here obviously don’t want to be here either.

My visit to Menchie’s at CityWalk® and Universal Studios was a delightful treat! The cozy ambiance and friendly staff instantly made us feel welcome. The location is convenient, right in the heart of Universal Studios, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a cool treat during a day of exploring. The service was prompt and friendly, ensuring we had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Whether you’re a local or visiting Universal Studios, I highly recommend stopping by Menchie’s for a tasty and refreshing treat. It’s definitely a highlight of CityWalk® for me.

Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.

Really enjoyed my visit to Munchies! The variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings was impressive—there’s something for everyone. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the self-serve setup made it fun to try a bit of everything. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the place could use a bit more seating, but overall, a great spot to cool off and treat yourself!
