Mark this a frozen yogurt place, not a boot camp… Mark has a terrible attitude when talking to customers. Asking simple questions causes him to reply with an attitude and snarky remarks. I’ve scrolled through reviews, and I’ve seen others who had a bad interaction with Mark. If he really wanted to own up to his drill sergeant persona, he should also keep his quarters clean and professional. That place is disgusting with yogurt and toppings all over the table. I saw several costumers walk in and suddenly walk out, either from the surroundings being unclean or Mark yelling for costumers to get in line.

The minute we walked in an older lady told us that there were no samples and it was 71 cents per ounce. We asked for a cup and she was like ā€œit 71 cents an ounce!ā€ Like if we couldn’t afford it. I almost left but my mom really wanted yogurt. As more people entered she made comments like ā€œif I catch you all sampling I’m going to weigh YOU!ā€ It was so tacky and unprofessional. I definitely will not return.

I recently visited this Menchie's location and really enjoyed the experience. I liked it so much I got gift cards for the whole family for us to enjoy a sweet after going to The Universal theme parks. Today I visited Menchie's at CityWalk with the family and those said gift cards to use them and enjoy our awaited sweet treat to sadly find out this location does NOT accept gift cards. To my surprise we had to put back our meticulously well thought out cups of deliciousness back on the scale and walk away. Sadly the associates tried to help but management said NOT to honor my gift cards. They don't know the possibility of having a raving review and they lost a customer and got Google reviewed for it. If your reading this and are contemplating a sweet treat while at Universal's CityWalk don't bother going to Menchie's.

The manager, Mark, is the reason I'm writing this. First of all the store is filthy & the bucket of counter droppings & crumbs on the register is gross & I would imagine a health code violation. My main concern was the customer service of the manager, Mark, arguing with me.
My experience was I asked if they take rewards & discounts before paying. The employee Noah said "No". I paid & saw the sign saying they do. When I asked why he said no & to please honor the passholder discount Mark, the manager, said sorry my computer doesn't allow for me to fix any mistakes. Complete lie as of course it has to allow to void a transaction or do a refund).
He then went on to blame me saying I asked the question wrong. Mark argued with me to the point of saying that I need to know how to ask the question correctly.
We're not talking a young kid working, Mark is clearly a grown man put in charge of running a store acting like this and arguing with a customer over his employee not understanding how I asked my question. It wasn't the point of the money, it was the customer service. Pretty ridiculous considering he held up his whole line to argue back and forth with me for 8 minutes . This situation explains why the store is complete chaos when u enter & why it's so dirty because clearly it's run by an incompetent leadership.

The flavors were good, but the temperature in the machines must be set wrong. The froyo was half melted when it came out. A few more flavors could have been good too, but I wouldn’t have thought anything of that if the froyo wasn’t melted.

Came here last night, made the line, served myself yogurt, then when it came to the toppings it was so bad. There were no options for fruit and everything looked dirty and gross ? I ended up leaving mine with the cashier at front. If I had known there were no options and it was that dirty I would’ve left from the start. But because the way the you have to make the line and wait for your turn for each step, I didn’t find out until the end. Never coming back here!!

This was my first experience on this site, and It was incredible. Self service. They have a wide range of frozen yogurt flavors, fun options and spectacular combinations, you can choose just 1 flavor or combine it, or even better, TRY THEM ALL. They also have a wide variety of additives and syrups for all tastes. I advise you to only take what you will actually eat, because the price is related to the weight of the container, something very interesting and intelligent I must say
