Menchie's frozen yogurt

My visit to Menchie’s at CityWalk® and Universal Studios was a delightful treat! The cozy ambiance and friendly staff instantly made us feel welcome. We opted for a swirl of chocolate and vanilla frozen yogurt topped with Oreo crumbles and cookie dough, and it was absolutely delicious. The toppings and sprinkles added a perfect touch of sweetness and crunch.

The location is convenient, right in the heart of Universal Studios, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a cool treat during a day of exploring. The service was prompt and friendly, ensuring we had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.

Really enjoyed my visit to Munchies! The variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings was impressive—there’s something for everyone. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the self-serve setup made it fun to try a bit of everything. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the place could use a bit more seating, but overall, a great spot to cool off and treat yourself!

Went here on a Wednesday night. About a 15 minute wait in a well organized line up. They had many flavors but quite a few of the toppings were empty. I notified the staff and they said they would restock.

This is the Worse menchies I ever been, the manager Marc is so rude and disrespectful, yelling me to get in the line and to “shut up”, I supposed to have a great time with my family and they way that he treat us, is not the right way.

Best bargain on City Walk

Disgusting. No samples to try first. Frozen Yogurt had a chemical taste and was nothing like the advertised flavor. Floor was disgusting- we were stepping all over spilled toppings. Very few toppings available as they were mostly empty. Rude staff, will not be back.

We didn’t even want to try the yogurt. We grabbed every single cup and it had a layer of oil on every cup we tried. We said this pretty loudly in front of an employee and they ignored us with only one other customer in the store

The worker named Marc was the worse guy ever. He told me to shut up and i did not appreciate it. Please have him fired. Thank :)

As I walked in my, I was barked at that they don’t give samples and to pull up on the handles all the way. I walked out. Noooo, thank ya!

I love Citywalk, so the atmosphere is great! So yummy!
