Usually I don’t write reviews, but I had such a fun time in this place. I had an awesome experience with a cashier named Isabella, and the topping options were great! They also had vegan options, which worked out well for me. Highly recommend!

I fell in love with this location. The best thing was definitely the pineapple flavor, one of the best I have ever tried, and when you combine it with the pomegrante razz sorbet It’s even better, a perfect balance between sweet and acidic. The customer service was good, the store was quite organized, and the establishment has some tables outside if you want to sit and enjoy your ice cream in peace.

Chill, spacious atmosphere.Servers are attentive.Get whatever you want, then they weigh it and you pay couple cents per oz. Therefore, you can fit all flavors in your bowl, all toppings, no limit, then you pay and that’s that!!Vegetarian options: Vegan Dole Soft Serve Pineapple Flavor

This place needs to hire people that don’t try to hide in the back or act like complete space cadets. First time I came in the yogurt dispensers were full and working just took forever to get checked out by the cashier because she was off in her own world and it took her 5 mins to even realize I was even at the counter. The second time was today, came in nobody was behind the counter, didn’t think much of it. Tried getting some froyo and literally all the machines were empty, and even while trying to get something to come out of the machines besides a few drops of liquid, nobody came out from the back and I could see them through the crack behind the yogurt machines. So I wasted my time trying to get yogurt to come out of the machines when it could’ve took the employee 2 seconds to say something.

Best pineapple and mango sorbet in town! Frozen yogurt flavors are good, too. Great assortment of toppings and sauces.Dietary restrictions: Delicious sorbets that are dairy free.Kid-friendliness: Grandson always enjoys going there.

My kids love going to Menchies. Getting to choose the flavors and then the toppings is so fun for them.

The food was pretty good. A solid 5/5 for the ice cream. The service was mediocre at best. Most of the equipment was dirty, oily and unclean. In addition. A good chunk of the machines were out of order. I don't recommend the place. You will have a much better experience at Jeremiah's and ordering ice cream there or at Dairy Queen.

I had to literally spit into a napkin after putting this frozen yogurt in my mouth. I didn't even add anything just the fact that after 2 bites the cheesecake flavor starts to taste like actual expired milk. Workers on their phone and $22 for 2 cups of gross tasting cheesecake which was one of the only ones available. I even tried to get the attention of a worker and she just walked away. Don't be fooled, menchis isn't what it used to be 5 years ago.

Visiting my cousin at UCF and stopped by for some froyo before heading back home, and was displeased to say the least. No staff present when we walked in and once she finally came out from the back of the store she was on her phone the whole time. Half the machines were down and we asked if they had a vanilla flavor available we were completely ignored as she was so fixated in her phone. I got the pineapple and mango froyo with popping bubble topping and fruit and was delicious but service was lackluster and selection of flavors were too.

Friendly service and lots of flavors. The froyo was pretty icey/slushie more than creamy. Perhaps it was the flavors I chose (strawberry & coconut). I'll try more flavors.

This location needs some help. Only half of the frozen yogurt dispensers are utilized, the other half just remain empty. The toppings are mostly full, but dirty and the plastic bins look like they are breaking. I couldn’t even use the hot fudge because nothing came out and the top kept falling off. This location is dirty. I hope management sees this and does something about it. I know a lot of other local locations closed over the years, but they were always clean like you expect a Menchie’s to be. The Lake Eola location is a 10 compared to this store which is more like a 3. Also, there is no seating outside… why? Even 2 tables would be great. Please fix! It would be nice to come to this location because it’s closer, but I will drive farther to downtown Orlando just to get better service with all flavors in stock.

Today marks the 3rd time that I’ve been turned away from this Menchie’s location, specifically because of the time I arrived. I get that no one likes to work late, but I don’t understand how the machines could be turned off 13 minutes before closing. I normally don’t leave reviews, but felt like management should be made aware of this reoccurring issue.

This spot for Froyo is soooo yummy! I do wish they had more flavor rotations, haven't been here is yearrrrs but they still have almost all the same flavors. Service is all self serve except for when you cash out, they weigh your ounces and then you pay. I love the cute little spoons that change pretty frequently too, they're so cute and you can keep them for later. They have Togo items as well and they have a bunch of beverages to wash down all the sweets. If you've never been to a Menchies you definitely should go. It's a staple if you've grown up in orlando!
