Menchies is good, one of my favorite desert places. The ones near my home closed so i was overjoyed seeing this one while I was over here. And if we were just talking about the frozen yogurt, then yeah this place is good. But I'm not talking about that. No cups to sample, which is one of the main joys of going through all the flavors, and figuring out what you want. If you try anything, the staff are immediately on you, and will continue to harass you even after you comply. Im assuming this is a management decision, but even then I did not feel like the staff were regretful about asking you to stop. Very unfriendly with less options. Until whoever has the power to change policies does so, avoid.

My boyfriend, friend and I came to get yogurt and there were no try cups. We ended up using a napkin to try a flavor and instead of asking nicely to stop doing so, an employee by the name “Maria” (that her coworker Lily provided to us), was extremely rude and was rolling her eyes at us. My friend went to pay before my boyfriend and i did, and “Maria” and Lily were talking smack about my boyfriend right in front of her. I find this to be extremely disrespectful and inappropriate to do. As a former menchies employee, the place was just a mess and we never got greeted when we came in. 0/10 experience.

I come to this location quite often with my daughter at least 2x a week and every single time you walk into this establishment it’s like a freaking sauna. The poor staff are literally sweating just standing there. With all the money you make turn the ac on. It’s def not enjoyable to sit inside when it’s hot as hell.

Today we visited this store as usual for some time, we received very bad treatment from tonight's employee JOSHUA, he was very rude to us.My son, a 2 year old, was walking around the store looking at his phone and told us that he couldn't be walking around the store, he had to stay sitting in a very aggressive tone. After sitting him for a while, my son got out of the chair and lay down on the floor. Not even two minutes had passed when the employee rudely came to tell us that if we didn't keep the child seated we had to leave the store.I want to remind JOSHUA that it is an ice cream shop and it is for children, it should also be a nice place where they have fun and have a good time, not a prison to sit around. He invited the owner of the place to see the cameras and realize that what I say is true.Customer service and kindness should be essential requirements to work in a place like this. They have to improve a lot in the staff of this place.

My ice cream parlor almost every weekend for almost 2 years today disappointed me… Or at least its employee today! Because there are others who are kind.I was enjoying ice cream with my children and my nephews, and my two-year-old nephew was restless waiting for the others to eat his ice cream, when the person in charge at that time approached us saying that he could only be sitting... TWO YEARS OLD I said he was the boy.The restless child sat on the floor, with the phone in which the employee came out with an unfriendly tone and arms on his waist, quoting these words “either they manage to keep the child seated or they will have to leave.”Impressed by the treatment, we demanded an explanation and he completely ignored us, we did not have an answer.. We left the establishment and unfortunately I will not return, I do not want to remember this unpleasant moment.

This place used to be awesome for Frozen yogurt. Now,1/4 of their machines aren't in use and they will not allow samples because of the lame excuse of Covid and "CDC" guidelines. It's 2024. Whatever.

This place is horrible service. The owners are so greedy that they don’t even let you sample the ice cream. First Menchie’s I have ever seen deny me being able to sample. What a

i've been eating menchies since i was 7-8 years old roughly, (im now 21) if that says anything. i love love love frozen yogurt and doing all the treats and toppings yourself, and menchies has always been a big staple in that growing up, this one in particular in lake nona, is not the best but it's not horrible. They always seem to be out of the sample cups to try the frozen yogurt with and has been like this for over a year now, i've watched so many people just use the big bowls to try flavors and throw so many away, so silly and wasteful. and they usually don't have many options to choose from just the same 4-6 flavors but today they had a few more! which made me very happy. I got the coconut , pineapple and strawberry mix (which is listed in my photos) so so yummy!!!! with some strawberries, popping boba pearls, caramel chocolate turtles, and marshmallow drizzle!! service was fine, she didn't really do anything besides cash me out. the place itself is fine, bathroom isn't the cleanest, the floors were fine it was just average. I tend to be picky on those things but that's just me, i notice little things. It was quiet in there today, if it's ever loud it's only when the place is packed and little kids running around, but today was pretty nice and peaceful! overall was happy with my little bowl and was excited for the new flavors to try out!!!

For some reason all the machines have a little bear and no flavor profile. Over a month and no change this place is getting worst as time passes.

Came to menchie's tonight with my wife for the first time. I'm not sure I will be coming back in the future.Out of all of the options the shop had for frozen yogurt, half of them were unavailable. Of the half that were in stock, half of those were sorbet. For actual frozen yogurt there was vanilla, chocolate, peanut butter and cake batter and that was it.After getting our yogurt, we walked over to the topping station. Station. There were many toppings which was nice to see. However, there was a family in front of us with a toddler getting their toppings and the toddler, who was not wearing any shoes, was sitting on the counter with her feet on the counter, eating and making a mess. We were absolutely disgusted by this. Wow this is a customer thing, and not the shops problem, the employees should have immediately said that the toddler was not allowed to sit on the counter and must be wearing shoes. Once they finished getting their toppings and my wife and I started, the counter was a mess. I'm not sure if it was because of the family in front of us or if it just had not been cleaned in a while. My wife and I ended up spending around $8 for our yogurts, which I think is a very good price in today's world. That is the biggest selling feature for this location, is that it is a reasonable price. However, with the lack of hygiene and flavor options, we are not sure if we will be back in the future.

Came to Menchie's for a treat, and I have to say there were a couple main points that I was quite disappointed about. My biggest complaint is that there was a small child on the counter where the toppings were. This child was eating toppings with her hands and she also was barefoot, right around all of the toppings. I understood that this is a customer related thing, but I would've hoped that the workers would ask the adults with the child to please remove the child from the counter for sanitary purposes. My other complaint was that out of about 12 different flavor selections, they were out of four of them, Leaving the frozen yogurt selection down to basically the main flavors like vanilla, chocolate, etc. as always, there were a decent amount of good types of toppings to try from, both refrigerated and unrefrigerated. I also felt that when I checked out, the price was fair, about eight dollars for mine and my husband's treats together, which isn't bad.

I don't really understand, only four flavors and they taste bad, the rest is off, this doesn't look like an ice cream parlor.
