It is my first time visiting the Mesón and we were attended by Mariam who was very kind in helping us choose the sandwiches and offering us hot drinks for this cold weather. The sandwiches were really delicious 100% recommended

Waited 15 min for my food. No sense of urgency the manager was on the phone while making food he was distracted and also put the wrong order in my bag. Which required for me to return and get the correct sandwich for another 15 min wait. The staff and the managers need to pay more attention to detail. I’m a repeat customer and this is the worst visit I have had since this place opened. It was my friends first time here so the experience was ruined.

Please be wary about this restaurant. One of my team members went here the other day. Since it was a business trip, I got his receipt and applied it as a business expense. When I went to categorize it, they charged an additional 15% on my card above what was said on the receipt. I bring this up, because they are probably doing this to many other people without telling them!

The service is the worst!!! The manager with the glasses was rude and had no idea of what was going on. My sandwich was sitting on the back counter for a bit to the point that it was cold. When I talk to him he was rude and after realizing he was wrong he didn't even apologize and doubled down on the rudeness. Thats the last time I'll go to this place and will not recommend it to anyone anymore!!!

I went there today I buy a mesotrón ham egg and cheese, a bravo breakfast turkey and a side of croquettes by the drive-true I was 33 and something they don’t give me the receipt they overcharge me 7 dollars and some change I call the store no one answered

My favorite breakfast spot ever!! Even when they’re extremely busy seeing this is the Fl Mall they have the best system they’re extremely organized everything comes out so fresh and hot… I have no complaints ever. Shout out to Joel I love watching him while we wait for our food he is so efficient and his attention to detail and care for customers is unmatched!! great energy

I have a collection of my receipts and I'm going to keep collecting them and even if I have to report this I always get the boricua platter. I always say no fries. You guys sell a side of fries and it has a price. So if I say no price that means I'm getting less. So I need to understand why is it a problem for me to get my salad doubled like I always ask and then I'm always getting told it can't be done. But yet when I look at my receipt they're just not putting the fries in my bag. But you're acting like the fries are within my order when I read the detail. I just really need to understand how can I not get extra salad. It's just tomato and lettuce way cheaper than the fries. Why is that such a problem? And why do I keep getting charged full price and given a receipt with the fries on it as if they were never removed?
