The orders are taking 45 minutes to an hour to be served. Priorities are based on on-line orders. A lot of stress and frustration in the kitchen. It means that a single online big order basically close the store. If you are in a rush, this is not the place. Otherwise plan for a brunch.

It’s regular sandwiches shop, but it is great the taste and the portions and the flavor and the food. Easygoing and delicious choices. I’ve got the “all pro” has pastrami and ham and shredded cabbage.

I like their food and kids meals. I usually don’t have any issues but last time they were short staffed and we came in when there was a group of unhappy customers. There was no line, so we waited 10 mins and left.
It is weird they don’t post their bread selections on their menu.

DONT EVEN TRY IT !!!! I HAVE NEVER GOT SUCH A BAD SERVICE EVER . The guy taking our order was talking on the microphone to somebody else, could not ever hear him at all, we got the wrong sandwiches, wrong drinks, but not because we took the ring order , NO because they don’t even know what they’re doing. This location they’re all walking around like zombies. Please don’t go. I don’t even know what meat was in my sandwich.

This place usually doesn’t disappoint however this last experience made me upset, I ordered 2 kids meals and paid, assuming things are correct. Food was taking a while so they told me to park towards the front, it took 15 mins for them to bring the food and when I got it, it was only one meal I was charged for, I’m already surprised for one kids meal it took so long, I believe the person is training so I get it but I had to walk back in the store order another one and wait even longer. Please just get it right the first time guys thank you. Also after writing this I checked the bag and the order was wrong so yet again I have to go back and fix it

OMG!!!! We came tonight, one minute before closing time, in any other place, they would have said,”sorry, we’re closing” but at El Meson Lake Nona they had the best attention ever!!!!! There was a Manager, Hector, that guy is the best ever, that is someone that if I would have a business, I would take him with me. The ladies serving, the best. Food super hot and AMAZING!!! This is a place that everyone should try. El Meson Lake Nona, 💯 % recommended. Ahh by the way, the best cortadito ever. Thanks team for your attentions

I've been a customer at Meson Sandwiches since I lived in Puerto Rico. They have the best sandwiches, without a doubt. However, I went to have breakfast today, July 26, 2025, at 9 a.m., and I noticed the line was considerable, which may be normal. What isn't normal is seeing the store manager joking in the back while there was a rush. Me and other customers waited for our breakfast for about 25 minutes. I ordered a ham, cheese, and egg sandwich with extra bacon. I couldn't find any bacon in the sandwich, so I asked them to add bacon. The lady at the front was so kind and brought me the manager, and he told me the sandwich had bacon mixed in with the egg (what? Is that the new menu or he is improvising?). In conclusion, what was there were bacon crumbs (NOT EXTRA BACON! That’s what I paid for!) which seemed absurd to me after waiting more than 25 minutes, seeing the manager joking while I waited, and worst of all, they served me an incomplete order. I just hope someone takes action on this matter and give a customer service training to this manager who urgently needed before somebody with less patience than me act in a different way due to his incompetence.
