Meson Sandwiches (Lee Vista)

I am not a fan of living in Saint cloud but this is a bright spot of joy for me. Food and service always top notch. Great coffee. I'm all about the all pro add turkey (Corned Beef ham and turkey) I am a local and have eaten here multiple times maybe had a couple items that were not great but never had a bad experience. Wraps are not great salads a little small but that breakfast is pretty nice and worth a look for the price point.

I happen to work 5 mins away and discovered this place. I absolutely love their breakfast and their oatmeal. Recommended 100%. The only bad thing is that their mobile app order takes forever. The one time I decided to download the app and order food 30 mins before getting there so I can save time it’s the one time I happen to get to work late.

Terrible customer service they act like you bothering them people there don’t wanna work

First the drive through was not moving so went in. Placed order and took 35 minutes to get after asking 4 times. Very unorganized and staff seemed to enjoy the fact that the wait was huge. Will never go back.

El Meson Sandwiches are, usually, always a good place to go for a nice sandwich. They also bring back memories of when living in PR. This location was nicely setup and clean but the staff wasn't. They didn't listen, nor pay attention to your order and didn't care.

Very slow service. There is no coordination. Multiple clients are waiting for orders. One customer complained that people who ordered after her received their meals before she did. Another returned his sandwich because it was not what he ordered, and he had to wait a long time to have it replaced. I ordered online, and the app notified me after 20 minutes that my order was ready for pickup; however, when I arrived, they had not even begun working on my order.

The employees were slow, unprofessional, and showed very little knowledge about the products. Instead of focusing on customers, they were loudly discussing personal matters, and even family members of staff were freely coming in and out, disrupting service. This is unacceptable in any business.

The speed of service was extremely poor, there was no charisma or basic courtesy, and the level of professionalism was embarrassingly low. At one point, staff even refused to serve certain items on the menu because they had misused the fryer and spilled oil all over the floor. The situation inside the store was chaotic and unorganized from start to finish.

If management cares about this business, this is not something to ignore, it requires a serious meeting with the team. Customers should never have to witness this level of disorder, lack of training, and disregard for basic service standards.

My second time coming here and my last time every time I come here too many employees and I don’t understand why there are to slow is like wasting my time I end up taking my food to go, they the cachear need to be more professional and stop taking nonsense

Food was awesome! It’s not fast food cause seems everything is made fresh so please go with patience but 100% worth it! I’ve been 3 times last week everything I have had has been awesome
