The food was really bad. We had a burger and Vegan sausage. The Vegan sausage would of been great if they didn't give me a stale sub. The food was cold like it was left out for awhile. It was not the best experience. The burger was average as best. I hope that this restaurant will get better over time. But for now its a skip for us.

Best burger I've ever had at universal and that's saying something i always recommend people go to City walk at the regular parks but epic fixed the bad food problem and it's safe to eat in epic.

Charlie the manager is excellent! He has such a great personality and always kind. He is one of the best at Epic Universe. Ellie the bartender is great, she always makes sure your drink is perfect. Go to meteor Astopub and enjoy great customer service and excellent food.......

We were sat as a table of ten and our server Mike anticipated our every need. He was wonderful in ensuring we had all the items we needed. He was funny and gracious. Made our entire family lunch a great experience.

The food was great however the wait time and service was absolutely disappointing. While waiting for our food that was “ready” for over an hour via the app- 1 burger & chicken and waffles over an hour! While we sit in here and wait, everyone around us gets their food. Finally I had to ask a manager to update us on our order. He brought it out in less than 5 mins. Over 2 dozen empty tables around us and a line wrapped around the restaurant, why? Something needs to change, this is horrible.

Very good burger, we 2 and we both realy liked them, juicy done well. The fried were done properly and crispy. The place has AC which is perfect to chill in at a hot day. Food is served right to your table via the universal app. We enjoyed and stayed at the place for quite long to charge ourself back and continue our day.

Took 15 min to figure out how to order food here. The staff had to go in my phone and adjust settings after downloading an app. Super frustrating. Terrible system. Then they drop off your food without any silverware or napkins and you have to go try and find where they're at in this silly place. Try another restaurant. Waste of 100.00

Ordered the “Meteor Strike” cocktail — picture shows fire and gold glitter. Got neither. Apparently fire is “not allowed” (then why advertise it?) and the glitter had “run out.” No refund, just a sad drink. To top it off, my wine came in a plain plastic cup — not even the fake wine glasses they use elsewhere.

2 stars only because food was great.not shortbread though that tasted salty..however staff I found very rude especially the tall black thin woman working the bar..very arrogant and rude ... also no knives and forks brought with food even though I had something which was definitely not finger food when we asked for some she got funny with us..we pay a lot of money to stay in a universal resort hotel and to eat in park..I am shocked she has a job in such a role she is not a people person.i hope a manager read this and speaks to staff in there.its really not good enough we felt very uncomfortable in there which is a shame as my main was great food.also I went by what the menu describes a coca cola freestyle cup to fill ourselves 1 serving.she gave me coca cola from bar and argued with me when I pointed out we only wanted a glass as per menu to fill ourselves with Fanta from machine. She did replace for us but begrudgingly..so to sum up food excellent staff horrible

M6 experience here wasn't too high. I had a very mediocre burger, but my beer was pretty good.
This was a nice break to catch some ac and refresh, but i mainly stopped here for location convenience and regretted not eating elsewhere.
I can't say it was much else on the menu I cared to try, but if ever I go back I would not order the astropub burger.
