This is another sit-down restaurant that lets you escape the heat and crowds, kick back, place an order, and wait to be served. To-go orders are available as well. Highly recommend the chicken and waffles. Want something on the side? Simply order at the register. Any questions - just ask for Marie. She's got your back.

We were really disappointed with our experience here. When we arrived, there was no host to greet or assist us—we had to order through an app, which already felt impersonal. It took nearly an hour before our food arrived, and when it finally did, it wasn’t worth the wait. I ordered the chicken and waffles, but the chicken was slightly undercooked and the waffle was burnt, taste bad and not even hot when served. We weren not given untensils as well.
After a long and fun day at Epic Universe, we were hoping for a nice, quick meal, but unfortunately this was not the place for it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

The person that took my order seemed to not know anything and had never worked here before. I asked for a single serve soda and they said they don’t have those here, only the $20 souvenir cup soda. As soon as I sat down, the group next to me got 4 single serve sodas. 🤦♂️
I decided to go with the brisket sloppy Joe. It was one of the driest things I’ve ever eaten in my life, even after covering it in mayo and ketchup. It made me sick not long after and essentially ruined the rest of my night at the park.

0 service. You walk in and they tell you to order through app. App does not apply comcast discount and a 2 top order of chicken and waffle and chicken fingers took over an hour to get delivered...
Hire waitors/waitresses to serve the tables properly and stop trying to take shortcuts in your 7.7 billion dollar park to cut staff and use app only ordering

Ordered the chicken waffle and disappointed to find it had onion on it even though this was not detailed. Waffle was cold, fries were mediocre but the chicken was okay. Was hard to cut the chicken on the curved plastic plate the food was served on as it’d move when you tried to cut anything. Ordered our food from our phones and it arrived relatively quickly.
Coca-cola freestyle machines were all overloaded with ice and the ground below them was soaking wet, clearly no one on cleanup duty. Was like this the whole 3/4 hour we were there.
Had to queue outside in the direct sun even though there was lots of covered space underutilised nearby.
My conclusion, this place had all the things needed to be great, but it’s still got a fair amount to go before it’s as polished as a regular Universal or Disney eatery.

Very fun place to stop in for a quick meal. The Astronomer's Shortcake Skillet is one of the best desserts in Epic Universe.

The food was really bad. We had a burger and Vegan sausage. The Vegan sausage would of been great if they didn't give me a stale sub. The food was cold like it was left out for awhile. It was not the best experience. The burger was average as best. I hope that this restaurant will get better over time. But for now its a skip for us.

Best burger I've ever had at universal and that's saying something i always recommend people go to City walk at the regular parks but epic fixed the bad food problem and it's safe to eat in epic.

Charlie the manager is excellent! He has such a great personality and always kind. He is one of the best at Epic Universe. Ellie the bartender is great, she always makes sure your drink is perfect. Go to meteor Astopub and enjoy great customer service and excellent food.......

We were sat as a table of ten and our server Mike anticipated our every need. He was wonderful in ensuring we had all the items we needed. He was funny and gracious. Made our entire family lunch a great experience.

The food was great however the wait time and service was absolutely disappointing. While waiting for our food that was “ready” for over an hour via the app- 1 burger & chicken and waffles over an hour! While we sit in here and wait, everyone around us gets their food. Finally I had to ask a manager to update us on our order. He brought it out in less than 5 mins.
Over 2 dozen empty tables around us and a line wrapped around the restaurant, why? Something needs to change, this is horrible.

The food was reasonably priced for an amusement park and was actually very good. We had a salad, grilled cheese and burgers!

Very good burger, we 2 and we both realy liked them, juicy done well. The fried were done properly and crispy. The place has AC which is perfect to chill in at a hot day. Food is served right to your table via the universal app. We enjoyed and stayed at the place for quite long to charge ourself back and continue our day.

Took 15 min to figure out how to order food here. The staff had to go in my phone and adjust settings after downloading an app. Super frustrating. Terrible system. Then they drop off your food without any silverware or napkins and you have to go try and find where they're at in this silly place. Try another restaurant. Waste of 100.00

1 clearly labeled vegan dish. The sausage (field roast I think) was pretty dry, but during a long day in the park it’s nice to have a solid quick-service protein option.
