Worst Metro Diner I've been to a while, service was horrible. Entire waiting staff prioritized a group of 20 people and made everyone else wait and 1hr +, ended up leaving after and hour wait and only seeing a waiter twice. It even took them 10 min to just get me change for my the drinks I paid for.

This was my first time to a metro diner and it was SO GOOD!I had the classic eggs Benedict which came with a large portion of hash browns.I also had a cinnamon pancake with the cinnamon butter and cream cheese frosting…WOW!!!! So yummy.Great service, too. I’d go back!

Sirloin egg bowl was spot on. Showed up right at 7 am they opened let my friend and I in. Kitchen was quick for us being the first customers overall good environment felt like a classic but clean New York diner.

Great diner with good food. Very generous portions, I was so full I could barely get home before falling asleep. All their servers are really on point. Quick to have you seated and I never felt like I was waiting for my server to return. They always come back at the perfect time.

Even though we went on a Sunday and expected a big rush and wait we were seated pretty quickly. We had to limit what we ordered since they were out of avocados, hash-browns, home fries which is a little weird since it's a breakfast location but we worked around it. The table was wiped down but still dirty-ish, the seats were full of crumbs and it was oily. The server was decent but we had to ask for everything... sugar for tea since they were out of sweet tea, more sugar for my coffee, had to ask for straws for our waters, napkins, and seasonings. Kinda annoying cuz we felt we bothering her even tho she didn't ask like we were. Food took quite a bit and tasted decent, just average. Pricing was reasonable. Unfortunately, probably won't be returning not because if was terrible just because it wasn't for us.

Cool breakfast spot for sure. Love the vibe here. Food was very quick to get served. I personally had the eggs benedict, they tasted light and fluffy. I will admit the Canadian bacon was sliced so thin i didn't get much flavor of it. The hasbrowns were fresh, the added onion and tomatoes were welcomed in taste. Overall - Metro Diner is definitely worth a try if you're nearby.

Simple menu with some of the usual diner offerings. The club sandwich was delicious and fulfilled my hunger. Chicken salad was equally tasty. Service was somewhat slow during our non-peak lunch and menu not as extensive as NY/NJ metro diners, but I would return.
