Mexas Tacos Authentic Mexican

We had the burria tacos, birria chimichanga, and barbacoa nachos. They were ALLL delicious!! The cashier was very nice and helpful. The food came out quickly and the salsa bar was great. There is plenty of indoor seating but also a few picnic tables outside.

Truly a hole in the wall restaurant with fantastic food! We had tacos and tamales and they were the best I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back!

Need late night tacos in the area? This is your place. Carnitas, Shrimp, Ground beef and Barbacoa where the best. Skip the guacamole, appeared to be mixed with sour cream. Not enough cilantro, onion and salt. Also skip the pastor, it was not done in the traditional way and lacked flavor.

They have a salsa bar which is nice but I wish it was seperate because people can breathe all over the salsa and the guy before me spilled them down the bar. Need to have them prepared and people can just grab for sanitation purposes.

Restaurant is loud so we sat outside and enjoyed our food. Would definitely visit again and try new things.

Everyone here makes you feel welcome, the food is 1 million out of 10. I’ve ordered just about everything on their menu and it’s been AMAZING EVERY SINGLE TIME! Please don’t forget the margaritas they are consistently good and incredible tasting! Don’t miss this place. Whether you’re staying on Disney or universal property uber or drive here and get dinner! You will not regret it!

If you're in Orlando and looking for an authentic Mexican food experience, Mexas Tacos is a place you have to visit. The tacos I tried were incredibly tasty, and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality and authenticity of the food. They have a great selection of menu options and a variety of delicious, flavorful sauces to choose from, making every bite even more enjoyable. The ordering process was quick and easy, and the restaurant itself has an authentic, welcoming atmosphere with good seating. I highly recommend Mexas Tacos if you want to try true Mexican-style food. It's a fantastic spot for a satisfying and flavorful meal.

Sorry about the photo—by the time I realized I should have snapped a shot of our orders and drinks, it was already too late 🤣. But honestly, that’s a good sign because we dove right in and didn’t stop until we finished everything.

My margarita was really good and strong enough that I was happy with just one. We shared five tacos—chicken barbacoa and carne asada—and all three flavors were fantastic. I topped them with green sauce from the sauce bar and freshly squeezed lemons—talk about fresh ingredients!

We ended up smelling like tacos and onions long after, which is a sure sign of how fresh everything was.

This place is a hidden gem—a hole-in-the-wall spot that might not have chilaquiles or chile relleno on the menu, but they definitely deliver on burritos, tacos, guacamole, margaritas, and more.

I’ll definitely need to come back! I was surprised it wasn’t busier, maybe because of the exterior appearance and its location connected to a gas station, but that’s exactly why I’m supporting this place!

It deserves more customers to stay open, and I’m glad I found it. It’s my first visit, but definitely not my last!

Stumbled upon this place thanks to Google. We were in the area looking for simmering to eat and this popped up on Google maps. We decided to give it some try since it was rated so highly. When we pulled up to a gas station we weren't too sure about our decision. We decided to read some reviews and were convinced enough to give it a try. So glad we did! The moment we walked in we were greeted by the super friendly staff. The food was incredible and the prices were very reasonable. Probably one of the best margaritas I have had. The food came out fast and the salsa bar had some great options to try. This is definitely one of the best hidden gems that you have to try. We will most definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

So good! Originally we were thrown that it was in a gas station, we almost didn't go. But the reviews were good so we thought we'd give it a try and it didnt disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was friendly, and the margaritas were really good and strong. Would definitely return.

Not a stand alone business, it's inside of the gas station. Go in, place order with on the kiosk up front or with a person if they aren't busy. Everyone was nice though. The food was ok, not the best birria I've had, but still tasty. You have to find parking, since you don't want to block the pumps. I guess you have to go through the gas station if you need a bathroom.
