I had the opportunity to work with Hannah, Lely, and the amazing catering team for the recent Central Florida gala awards in the wedding industry.

One of the standout dishes of the evening was their Rice & Ropa—a flavorful Ropa Vieja made with marinated flank steak, onions, peppers, olives, tomato sauce, and a blend of spices, served over seasoned rice. ?️

Their attention to detail and professionalism throughout the event ensured that everything ran smoothly, and the food was served perfectly. The team went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and we truly appreciate their dedication to making the gala a success.

Excellent food and great service!

Millenia Catering was bar none THE BEST! We met them at a vendor fair at Haus 820 and we are so happy with contracted with them. The food we picked was delicious. We chose buffet service to save ourselves some money. We also had them do our bar service (beer and wine only). They were the easiest team to work with. The service they provided the night of our daughter's wedding was exceptional. From helping people go through the line as they balanced plates for an elderly guest, keeping the tables cleared, ensuring everyone had a drink, and anything else you can think of - they were ON TOP OF EVERYTHING!!! We cannot recommend this caterer enough and should we have another event we need catered they will be the first business we reach out to. We had appetizers - fish tacos, chicken satay, and brie and raspberry puff pastries. They also brought miniature beef wellingtons which everyone loved. Our dinner was bourbon glazed chicken, pasta bolognese with ricotta cheese, roasted potatoes, green beans, rolls, and salad. No one left hungry!!

From the moment we came in for the tasting, to when we booked, to the actual wedding day, the whole team was wonderful! The food at the wedding was even better than it was at the tasting and all of our guests had nothing but great things to say about it! Any time we had a questions about something they answered right away and were super flexible when we needed to extend cocktail hour a little bit!

Went to the 9th annual Whiskey festival that this catering company was hosting, was in the VIP area and the male bartending was being rude to other guests and you can smell pure alcohol on his breath. Would not recommend.

I had my wedding at the Dr. Phillips House and was absolutely amazed by Milennia Catering. The appetizers, pasta, steak with chimichurri was delicious! The staff was so attentive, wonderful, and kind. I wasn’t able to eat too much but was delighted to see my dinner packed and a slice of cake in our room waiting for us. Everything was 10/10!! Thank you, Millenia for making my wedding even more memorable!

Great food great price

I had my wedding at the Dr. Phillips House and was absolutely amazed by Milennia Catering. The appetizers, pasta, steak with chimichurri was delicious! The staff was so attentive, wonderful, and kind. I wasn’t able to eat too much but was delighted to see my dinner packed and a slice of cake in our room waiting for us. Everything was 10/10!! We recently had our wedding at Dr.Phillip's house which is catered by Millenia Catering and were beyond impressed. All of the apps (crab cakes, spring roles and raspberry tarts) were insanely good - we had plenty coming out but it was one of the situations were everyone was looking for the servers to get more!For dinner, we had the maple chicken and steak Chimichurri were restaurant level - to start, the steak was actually cooked how a steak should be! We were complimented at least a handful of times that the food was the best people had ever had at a wedding. Considering so many of our friends flew in from Chicago and worked in hospitality now or in the past, it was a huge compliment.

Truly excellent food and service. Weddings are super stressful, and because of that, I can’t recommend Chef Lo more. I had complete trust in the Millenia team to execute the food service at my wedding with excellence and I wasn’t wrong. Everything was delicious and professional. In fact, we got married over a year ago now and I’m still receiving compliments on our food, which is what reminded me to come write this review. Also worth mentioning, I used to work for Millenia in college, so I know firsthand the high expectations Chef, Gwen, and Hannah have for their food and team. This business is top notch in every way — great experience as an employee and great experience as a customer. Highly recommend.

If you are looking to WOW your guests with delicious food, but more importantly if you are looking for a vendor who is going to carefully care about your wedding as much as you do, Millenia Catering is the ONLY caterer to choose. I wish I was throwing 100 parties to use them 100 times. no exaggeration, they are in my top 3 faves of vendors I used and I am SO thankful for them. They helped me execute my dream wedding, their food is AMAZING and their service is even better. From the first inquiry call to the day of, I was taken care of and this was one detail that I didn't have to worry about. 100% recommend!These pictures are from my tasting!
