Millenia Catering was required to use by our venue, but we are more than happy that they did! The food was fresh and delicious. The bread and rolls were hot, the portions were generous for our buffet, and everyone commented on how good the food was. My husband and I also noted how highly attentive their waitstaff was. We didn't go a moment without something we needed. I highly recommend them for your wedding!

Absolutely the best experience we could have asked for with catering and bartending for our wedding! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The bartenders handled our crowd effortlessly, keeping drinks flowing and guests happy. And the late-night snack—potato balls with hot sauce—was a huge hit! Huge thanks to the team for making our wedding so memorable.

One of the standout dishes of the evening was their Rice & Ropa—a flavorful Ropa Vieja made with marinated flank steak, onions, peppers, olives, tomato sauce, and a blend of spices, served over seasoned rice. ?️

Their attention to detail and professionalism throughout the event ensured that everything ran smoothly, and the food was served perfectly. The team went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and we truly appreciate their dedication to making the gala a success.

Millenia Catering was bar none THE BEST! We met them at a vendor fair at Haus 820 and we are so happy with contracted with them. The food we picked was delicious. We chose buffet service to save ourselves some money. We also had them do our bar service (beer and wine only). They were the easiest team to work with. The service they provided the night of our daughter's wedding was exceptional. From helping people go through the line as they balanced plates for an elderly guest, keeping the tables cleared, ensuring everyone had a drink, and anything else you can think of - they were ON TOP OF EVERYTHING!!! We cannot recommend this caterer enough and should we have another event we need catered they will be the first business we reach out to. We had appetizers - fish tacos, chicken satay, and brie and raspberry puff pastries. They also brought miniature beef wellingtons which everyone loved. Our dinner was bourbon glazed chicken, pasta bolognese with ricotta cheese, roasted potatoes, green beans, rolls, and salad. No one left hungry!!

From the moment we came in for the tasting, to when we booked, to the actual wedding day, the whole team was wonderful! The food at the wedding was even better than it was at the tasting and all of our guests had nothing but great things to say about it! Any time we had a questions about something they answered right away and were super flexible when we needed to extend cocktail hour a little bit!

Went to the 9th annual Whiskey festival that this catering company was hosting, was in the VIP area and the male bartending was being rude to other guests and you can smell pure alcohol on his breath. Would not recommend.

I had my wedding at the Dr. Phillips House and was absolutely amazed by Milennia Catering. The appetizers, pasta, steak with chimichurri was delicious! The staff was so attentive, wonderful, and kind. I wasn’t able to eat too much but was delighted to see my dinner packed and a slice of cake in our room waiting for us. Everything was 10/10!! Thank you, Millenia for making my wedding even more memorable!

Great food great price

We recently had our wedding at Dr.Phillip's house which is catered by Millenia Catering and were beyond impressed. All of the apps (crab cakes, spring roles and raspberry tarts) were insanely good - we had plenty coming out but it was one of the situations were everyone was looking for the servers to get more!For dinner, we had the maple chicken and steak Chimichurri were restaurant level - to start, the steak was actually cooked how a steak should be! We were complimented at least a handful of times that the food was the best people had ever had at a wedding. Considering so many of our friends flew in from Chicago and worked in hospitality now or in the past, it was a huge compliment.
