Another trip to a Miller’s Ale House, another mediocre experience!! Ordered the shrimp scampi pasta dish. Pasta undercooked, and was served with 4 shrimp!! I’m almost done eating out, people have no pride in their work anymore!!

Ordered about 100 bucks of food for superbowl 2026. Order got stolen. A young lady called me from Millers pick up and said unfortunately someone came in and stole your order. Rather than saying “call Uber Eats, it’s not our problem,” she said do you want to come pick up. I asked her if I should re pay, since Uber Eats hasn’t cancelled the order. She said since it’s an inconvenience on Super Bowl Sunday, millers will handle it. Whether she was empowered, or got quick management approval, it was a nice and super cool thing to do.

Today we came to millers from Jacksonville . We came for a soccer tournament and after a long day we were treated by Camila . She was a wonderful hostess . Very caring to our kids . She had a smile on her face the entire time . Just wanted to give a wonderful review. If you are ever in the area pass by millers . Great ambiance .

Tasteless drinks , very disappointing. It was our date night and the drinks 🍹 didn’t made my expectations, watery, tasteless and I got charge even for the bad once. Do not ask for margaritas here, you get charge $2.00 for the ice.

Was disappointed with my visit at Miller’s today after being sat we waited 15 minutes to get our orders took, i’d understand if the restaurant was busy, but it was not this night. then after waiting 30 minutes for our food the chicken on the pasta was cold. After noticing our server was inattentive I asked someone else for assistance with our food. the manager (dave) came to the table and said we ate our plates clean and proceeded to have an attitude like if I did something wrong for letting him know his worker had poor customer service & my food was cold! our food was in fact, barely touched!
