Caitlyn was incredible. We had a long day at the park and needed a good family meal. Excellent food and service!

Big portions and very tasty. My husband ordered a Steak with Fries. The steak was tasty and well cooked, the fries were well seasoned. Our older daughter ordered a Fettuccine Alfredo Chicken Pasta which was really tasty and the size of the chicken was really big and flavorfull. Our younger daughter order a mac and cheese with fries. She loved all her food. I ordered a rice with chicken and shrimp bowl ( I replace the shrimp with more chicken because I am allergic to them, but, sometimes if I have pills for allergies, I order them but don´t have any so, I opt for more chicken). It was really flavorful with really big portion. Mine have cilantro rice, pico de gallo, chicken with two different types or salsa, black beans, lettuce and sour cream (first time trying it, and loved it so much).

For dessert we have two ice cream one for our younger daughter that comes with her kids meal (scoop of vanilla and our server offer to add chocolate syrup and a cherry to the ice cream), and for my husband, our older daughter and me, we get the Captain Jack burried tressure which was chocolate cake with ice cream and chocolate fudge and the bottom with whipped cream and a cherry on top. The piece was huge enough for all and really tasty.

The atmosphere was nice, very relaxing and calm. The music or the tv was not too high or low on volume and was plenty of seats to choose from. We went for father's day and was almost empty we get surprised that was that empty by father's day, but, it was really late at night as well, so we just go inside and was the best thing that we can did, because everything was perfect and on piont. Definitely recommended.

Customer Service top notch. We had a small problem that was handled professionally and with genuine concern. The service was quick, friendly, accommodating. The food outstanding. I ordered MiMi Fiesta Bowl that is a wonderful combo of flavors and textures. The rack of ribs enjoyed but my granddaughter were tender fall off the bone delish. My daughter devoured her cilantro lime chicken.

I've been going here regularly. Both Marcus and Jose have been great constantly. They are attentive to the guests, especially the regulars. They are great at recommending drinks as well as remembering your preferences

Aaliyah was super helpful with my take out order and the food was super CRISPY!! Just what I asked with the wings and she was able to get me an extra sauce on the side

Last call 30 min before they close is crazy, I’m in the industry and never have I seen last call done more than 15 min before close. I mean, it’s ale house so they don’t know really house to handle the volume so I guess the extra time is needed for them with multiple bartenders lol.

The food really was good but what stood out was Cici's excellent service. She was super cool. Like so chill. Okay to be super professional, I really did enjoy her vibe and our orders were amazing. She was super understanding of our stammering collective of idiots and she really did make our experience all that more special. I hope she sees this. Thank you Cici.

Cici was our waitress, and she was AMAZING!! She was so pleasant and made the entire experience so fun for us! Would go out of my way to come to this location and have her as my waitress every time!
