I usually have a good experience here but I’m very dissatisfied with what happened to me. On Friday night I went to dine in with my family & there was a mix up with the bill. I was told my money was refunded but it wasn’t. They took my payment when I had told them it was a split check, and they said it was refunded. No it wasn’t, they didn’t do any type of refund and I was charged twice, & then they also took the other party’s card and charged them. So not only did I not get my refund, they also took 3 different forms of payment. This is honestly ridiculous. Do better! When you say you’re going to refund people make sure you actually do it.

We ordered two salads not much lettuce and I'll plates portions were small for being a dinner. Service was excellent atmosphere was nice wish you'll put more food on a plate for the price

I havent come to Millers for years after constant disappointment but decided to brave it for lunch because othet places were so full. Man, what an upgrade! Food was nice and hot. server was great. Please change your booths, theyre hard as a rock but so glad to see this resteraunt doing goood work again!

Went today with my softball team and out of ten people I was the one that didn't recieve my drink with everyone else. 15 minutes after everyone had their drinks finally received. Then same with the food, didnt recieve with everyone else. They were half-way done eating before finally was noticed that my food never showed. Again finally got my food. French dip easy peasy, it was burnt and greasy. So won't be going back. Thanks for dropping the ball. And didn't even offer to comp or an apology nothing.

I just want to put a spotlight on my favorite server in Waterford lakes, Shantie!!! I’ve had her as a server a couple of times and she’s truly the sweetest. She knows how to maintain great customer service while releasing warm and welcoming energy! I’ve been coming to ale house all my life and I never take time to write with reviews but she deserves to be highlighted!

I wouldnt call them highlights.. when you let a group of youngsters sit at the bar, one being underage, and the bartender joins in their facetime call with a friend..not a good look. We had the pleasure of listening to a 40 minute call because the bartender was a friend of a friend.. food was great though. Should probably enforce some rules, her tip would have been bigger if I didnt have to ask twice for a drink.

absolute terrible experience ordering a to go order. The person taking the order for two simple sandwiches could not get the order correct. After repeating it to them three times, still didn't get it correct. Asked to speak to supervisor and was put back to the order recording. Second person could not get it correct and when finally did had to repeat credit card info three times before it was correct. Terrible, Terrible, I think this was a call center for to go orders. Never again.
