We came after a long day at Universal Studios and was surprised to be seated so quickly, Marcus served us and checked all of our boxes of amazing service. Came to our table quickly, got our orders and drinks almost right away, and was constantly refilling our drinks before they were empty, my biggest pet peeve of when I have to ask for a refill or wait to get it back.
While we may have eaten somewhat like kids, their chicken tenders and the meals they make out of it were very good. Food also came out super quickly, from the time we sat down to paying our check, it was around 45 minutes which A+ in my book.
The Millers Ale House back at home is notoriously slow, so we don't even bother going. So as skeptics walking in, we were pleasantly surprised and would come back if in the area again.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Miller’s Ale House (Kirkman Rd, Orlando) Date of visit: October 12, 2025 | Time: Around 5:30 PM
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit truly left me shocked. From the moment we arrived, the service was slow and disorganized. We were seated near the bathroom, and our server a young, thin girl with short hair whose name started with an “N” seemed overwhelmed and inattentive.
Our food took over 25 minutes to arrive, and when it finally did, both orders were wrong. We specifically asked for no beans or corn salsa, and to substitute with fresh cheese but the food came out with both items anyway. By the time the server returned to check on us (after quite a while), we had already given up on fixing it, only asking for the cheese we never received.
Meanwhile, my husband’s pasta arrived cold. When we asked if it could be reheated or replaced, she said she’d “check with the kitchen.” It took another 15 minutes, and the new plate came after the rest of us had finished eating. No manager ever came by. No refills were offered. We even had to ask for napkins twice. And they didn’t come . Despite the experience, we still left a tip, knowing servers rely on them. But a two-hour dinner for a party of four caused by delays, wrong orders, and lack of communication was unacceptable.
To make matters worse, our check was incorrect we were charged twice for cheese and for the pasta .The server said she would get the manager to fix it, but again, no one came. Eventually, another employee else literally threw our to-go dessert onto the table without saying a word. And she came back to check the review we were leaving until it got erased by time.
For a restaurant that used to have a solid reputation, this experience was disappointing from start to finish. What should have been an enjoyable early dinner turned into frustration and wasted time.

So we are really familiar to Miller's Ale House as we always go to their locations in South Florida but we tend to travel a lot to Orlando and we visited there twice recently at this Orlando location and have been so disappointed. The bartending service was subpar as it seemed like he only cared about the regulars that are there and I watched him give free shots to people near us while we just got ignored. In addition the food was really disappointing, as can be seen in the picture when you get a side of fries for $5 they don't even give you a side that's as big as your hand and to mention the picture that's a woman's hand mine so it's a very small portion and it came out cold. The appetizer sampler was pretty good though and was hot at least. We will try to give it a shot again when we come up again. Hoping it'll be better...

This Miller's Ale House was very different than most parking is a little hard here but worth it my server was wonderful she gave us great attention and brought the food out nice and hot and kept us informed of what was going on since they were very busy the food itself was very good everybody was very content and portioning was great the pricing was good
