Millie Moo’s hosted my daughter’s 2nd birthday party yesterday and overall the experience was beyond expectations. First off, all the kids LOVED the venue. None of them wanted to leave. But what really made the day above and beyond was the service from the staff. The decorations and display they put together was absolutely adorable. We had the largest bday package and could bring outside food in. They collected all the food and dessert we brought in as soon as we came in and took point on arranging it all on the displays. They keep the food warm/cool in the back and fresh it as needed in the front guest areas. They also collect and store the gifts as the guests come in. They even help coordinate all the party’s events. Overall, I’ve never experienced such well executed party coordination before! It allowed us to really enjoy the party vs making sure everyone was fed and where they needed to be. My only critique was that the default 2 hours wasn’t long enough! We’ll definitely be returning to Millie Moo’s soon!

Manager/mom NEVER greeted the parents of INFANT birthday girl. We had to ASK for help with EVERYTHING! Never once did your underwhelming unprofessional staff seem interested in greeting us with even a smile , a greeting happy energy or basic knowledge of how things were going to proceed. One employee was in a dark corner hiding. Two were up front conversing. First time parents called me over because they did notice TWO UNATTENDED UNSUPERVISED children not part of our PRIVATE MEGA Party. Manager Mom got abrasive when reminded it is a PAID TO BE PRIVATE MEGA Party for our guests and one of the main reasons it was booked. We are paying for A PRIVATE party and your 10 year old son’s behavior was too close to barreling into infant birthday baby; I had to say something to him because his MANAGER/mom is no where in sight! She is in the back hiding and not attending to us or her infant son and elder son; she only came out after I asked another employee for a reason why there were two children we did not recognize not to mention it would have been a disaster if he had knocked Infant baby birthday girl down near small dance floor where he was playing unusually rough basketball and I am not sure why she thought it was OK for her children to be on the floor UNSUPERVISED! Was it our responsibility to watch her children as well? Millie Moos should’ve been more understanding and apologetic since birthday child is a little baby of 11 months old, barely walking and this was her first ever birthday party. She is tiny and fragile and her first time mom and dad were very nervous. I was asked to say something because if something happens to their baby and I never said anything I would feel horrible. Millie Moos will respond condescendingly and unapologetically because her small business takes no responsibility and feels like you can leave kids unattended unsupervised while you were in the back room somewhere then get offended when something is said about it. MM’s lacks responsible business ethics when you don’t care about your patrons babies or how they feel. At 849+ dollars you should get attended to with happiness kindness enthusiasm and joy! As far as your so called osmosis water and green colored lemonade, It looked stagnant tepid and abandoned on a table top in what looked like a bubblegum machine . No one touched it. I don’t understand ; you advertise you will have private use of the venue and that was not honored and that’s why I asked on the parents behalf for a discount and MM’s took offense to that and I don’t understand why she acted like I was the wrong one for approaching her about her son almost knocking INFANT BIRTHDAY GIRL to the floor so maybe you get away with it at other bookings but for the amount of money that is being paid she should have been at patron mom’s beck and call but she was not and do you know why because she brought her kids to work and did not care to do either. Small business Owner approves manager bring her kids to work. First time parent is a new mom and once manager saw she could not be bullied she LEFT her STRANDED because she was suppose to ignore manager/mom’s kids like manager/mom did on the floor and the other employees as far as you saying that there are three you had to keep asking them if they could do something (besides eavesdrop) No itinerary and unorganized. They were quick to kick us out early because of manager mom. Such good moms kicking out the baby with the bath water but make sure you settle that bill. They locked those doors so quick that the baby’s bag was left in the building. hey it’s a short party for two hours. paying almost $1000 and you don’t have an itinerary but your pretend party planner abandons you. New mom called you guys and you were very convincing and reassured her that all will be well. Just because you run a small business, doesn’t mean you bully patrons that feed your business and ignore them. btw patrons you have to wear socks in the bathroom. That’s so unsanitary! 849+ dollars and socks are not included SMH.

My family were recently invited to a birthday party at Millie Moos and I was expecting so much more but turned out to be very disappointing. To start the staff were less than welcoming, the parents of the birthday girl rented out the facility paying way more than I have ever heard of for a child’s venue offering very little and I have 3 kids of my own. You are paying $$$$ but still have to provide your own food and drinks(including bringing your own cooler). They require you to wear socks to walk around adults included and that’s not included in the very pricey amount. Staff had the faces of they didn’t want to be there, didn’t serve the pizza, one employee stayed in the back with her own kids. Decided it was time to do cake in the last 30 minutes and then when the birthday girl and parents were getting ready to open presents the manager picked all of them up at 5:54 (event was till 6) and shooed everyone out. I was in serious disbelief. Besides seeing it through adult eyes, the kids still had fun.
EDIT: What’s very sad is that you can’t handle any review other than a 5 star. Be a better business owner and handle the constructive criticism, Fix the issues with your rude staff that several other people have commented on, ensure they are actually executing what you describe you provide and have the common courtesy to inform the parents that extra kids will be playing at their private $900 event.

My son and I have been coming to Millie Moos for two years now. The owner is absolutely amazing and the staff as well. I feel like I am part of the family once I am there. My son has a blast every single time and I would not recommend this place enough. PS- they also have amazing coffee

Love this place!!! Always clean, always punctual, staff is friendly and helpful and the play area offers hours of fun things to play with! My favorite part is being able to sit at the table in the coffee shop area and do some work, drink some coffee, while my child plays! I’ve been tell in all my friends about this place!

Perfect for our 16 month old! She had a blast. There were such cute play areas and something for all ages. It’s clean and the staff are extremely nice. We will definitely be returning.

We found Millie Moo's while visiting Orlando and are very glad we did. Our 2 children had a blast playing and exploring in a safe and stimulating environment. Everything was clean and the staff were very nice.

We had a wonderful time! Super clean with all kinds of different types of play for kids 7 and younger. We tried the mac and cheese bites and a strawberry vanilla cake pop as a snack while we were there, both were delicious. The price is so very fair and our youngest had so much fun she didn't want to leave! Make sure to book a reservation for the time slot you want on their website and sign the waiver ahead of time for easy entry. We highly highly recommend Millie Moo's! We can't wait to come back, thank you!

I had my son’s first birthday party here and from start to finish, it was the most easy and stress free party I’ve ever planned! The staff took care of all the details and all I had to do was show up. It was beautifully decorated - everything was so cute! They also packed up all the leftover food, decorations, etc for me. I also want to compliment the staff on how kind and helpful they were, they really went above and beyond to make this party successful. We had so many compliments on our party. Thank you!!
