For a hotel bar, it was top notch. They had food and drink with options for all types of eaters including vegan fare. The food was tasty and I would highly recommend.Nick our server was very enthusiastic and had good suggestions for food and drink.

Excellent salmon. Special thumbs up to the chef who took time to check with us about our daughter’s allergies.

Great bar right in the renaissance hotel! Note: they do not serve sushi anymore and are now just called Mist. My boyfriend and I were spending a week at the hotel and needed a place to watch the game and have some good food and beers. This was the place! Sorry, no pictures as we were hungry! But the food was absolutely delicious! We had fried cauliflower, calamari and fries with garlic aioli. A nice variety! I can't even pick a favorite of the 3. Everything had great flavor and was unique. The chef absolutely knows what s/he is doing! Drinks are great as well. Tiffany is a wonderful bartender! Menu had lots of options to chose from. Definitely something for everyone.

I'm gonna give three stars even though we had no food here, cuz it's actually just an open bar area surrounded by awkward tables inside the Renaissance hotel vice a restaurant. Seating is spread amongst decorative booths and low tables or you can pick a high top. Neither were quite comfortable nor conducive to eating. The drinks we did have came quickly enough and my Old Fashioned was tasty. To top it all off, parking was $35 regardless of stay duration, based off its vicinity to the amusement park across the street. This is a reminder experience to me and others: make sure to read reviews and check out pictures before committing!

Prompt service for a group of eight. Everything was super fresh and tasty. Get the miso soup. While not on the menu, our waiter told us that they offered sashimi. Our group purchased several different roles and sashimi to share.

The food was amazing. We were totally surprised and very happy to get such an excellent dinner in a hotel! Very fresh and beautifully made sushi with interesting combinations of flavors. The spare rib skewers were tender and the edamame was perfectly steamed. The s’mores dessert was amazzzing. The service was good but VERY slow. That’s my only complaint. I’d go back for sure because the food was just that great!!

This place is inside the Renaissance hotel at Sea World in Orlando. I was quite surprised at the Torched Salmon Roll I had. It was great shrimp tempura on the inside with salmon over the top. Oh and the salmon is um, torched. This with a glass of red sangria was the perfect end to the night. They are only open from 5pm to 10pm. If you want drinks after 10 pm you have to visit the bar that stays open till midnight.

Stopped by and our bartender Tiffany was extremely helpful in answering all our questions. She even brought over the menu from the Boardwalk so that we could compare. We decided on a red wine.
