I came here for a drink with my mom today and was incredibly disappointed! I ordered a Kir Royale and the menu said it had “Chambord pearls.” The pearls are actually orange and I have a sensitivity to orange. When I asked the waiter because they tasted off, he said the they are orange boba that have “Chambord poured on top.” Besides the deceptive menu, the spiced nuts were soft and the candle holder had a crack. I spoke to a manager named Jenn, who offered me another drink and said the menus are “misprinted”, but did not seem to care. I never would have ordered that drink if the menu was honest!

As a first timer at a Disney Lounge, I appreciated the themeing. It was present but subtle. The menu offered a variety of drinks. My wife and I each enjoyed our drinks. At $20 a drink it felt like a splurge. Generally, I am loathe to pay that much for a drink. This was a special occasion so I went with it. It was an enjoyable time at the lounge but not something I'm in a hurry to do again.

Waitress (Lorie) forgot to enter two out of the four drinks ordered and informed us it was a system glitch issue....
The missing drinks finally arrived after 25 additional minutes of waiting. ( Original two drinks were now watered down $24 drinks).
Settling the bill was another 25 minutes while the waitress yucked it up with the Kardashian esk crew.
For a restaurant that claims to be high class one would hope and expect better service. Do better!

Second visit: Sam is a friendly and conversational waiter. He told stories about his trips, his wife, and his favorite wines. He even let us sit at another table to watch the fireworks. Thank you.

First visit: The bartender was very friendly and conversational. The bar and lounge area is very beautiful and elegant. Drinks were great!

We came here after the worst experience ever at Beak and Barrel, and we were almost defeated… but they gave us hope in good Disney service and experience! Everything was great we had our own table for two, delicious food (the charcuterie board), and the two best cocktails we’ve ever had on Disney property (the Island Rose). Great job!

Stingiest martini pour I’ve ever had inside or outside of WDW. It was basically a chilled shot of gin with a price tag of $18. Filled less than half of the martini glass it’s served in. Ordered another and it actually had less volume than the first. Lounge is also much louder than I expected. We were planning to end the night there every day of our visit, but it was a one and done for us.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5)
The Enchanted Rose is beautiful and our first server was fantastic — super friendly and on top of everything. Sadly, once he left and cashed us out, the next server pretty much ignored us. To top it off, a fly landed in my wife’s drink and she had to go to the bar herself to get it replaced. Not the end of the world, but for the prices here, I expected better consistency. Great atmosphere, just wish the service matched it all the way through.

This is by far the nicest lounge of the Disney hotels. I would have given more stars if it wasnt for the poor service. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting with small tables and several with soft chairs. But since this is primarily a bar, they need to improve their service to deliver drinks timely. We had our appetizer delivered before our drinks even though we ordered our drinks when we first sat down. Their explanation is if you sit at the bar you have one bartender (for about 27 guests) but if you sit at a table there is a second bartender and since there are so many more guests sitting in the lounge it backs up the drink service causing us to wait almost 30 minutes. This is such a poor excuse especially coming from Disney where service is expected to set standards. I am not even sure if this is true but that was what we were told. You have to do better when charging $100 for 2 drinks and an app.

Stopped at Enchanted Rose before our visit to Victoria & Albert’s, and it was such a great choice! This stylish little bar, located on the second floor of the Grand Floridian, has a really cool atmosphere and an impressive drink menu. I tried the Espresso Martini and the Island Rose—the Island Rose was my favorite, a fun, tiki-style cocktail that felt perfect for the setting. Service was attentive, and drinks were around $18 each, which felt reasonable for the quality and experience. Overall, I loved Enchanted Rose and would definitely stop by again!

Shout out to Mae. The host was apprehensive about our group however Mae stepped up and told us she had a solution and space for us. She was kind and funny. She’s amazing. Nathaniel is an amazing server. Great sense of humor. Read the crowd. Would definitely visit again because of these two.
