Donuts are ok. I think the glaze on the fruit ones are incredibly sticky, but they have good flavor. Kind of hard to eat sometimes because they get stuck in your teeth. We also had a corn dog from there and it wasn’t amazing, but really neat experience for my husband and I. I really enjoy the texture of the donut dough.

I am very very disappointed in this place, I mistakenly ordered a spicy Cheetos hot dog and I asked the employee if she could change it for me and she said no! I mean, are you serious? Is your business going to be ruined if you don't change my order? I had to clean it and remove the excess spicy Cheetos. The girl told me I'd have to pay for a new one! This is truly incredible and disappointing. Customer service sucks here!

I had been raving about Mochinut to my coworker, so we decided to go on a lunch date there. She was super excited to try it for the first time, and overall, we really enjoyed the food and drinks. However, there was one hiccup. She ordered a Matcha Strawberry Tea with boba, but after her first sip, she realized it contained whole milk — and she’s lactose intolerant. I suggested she ask for another drink, but the cashier declined, saying it was “pre-made.” That didn’t make much sense since she ordered it right at the counter. This was her very first visit, so she wasn’t familiar with the menu, and it was disappointing that a replacement wasn’t offered. I ended up giving her my drink so we could enjoy the rest of our visit. Other than that issue, the experience was good and the treats were delicious.

Service is not extremely awful. Took over half hour get a hotdog which didn’t hold well with the handle stick dropped on floor, I ask if we can get another one, the employee said that is not their fault and I have to buy. The stick of holder is such lose with the hotdog. Awful service!

Delicious donuts! Lots of variety of flavors to choose from. My favorite had to be the Vietnamese Coffee, but they were all good. The presentation of the food is also appealing. The inside is picturesque with a conjoining drink bar where you can quench your thirst. A great must-try donut. My husband got the Korean corn dog and he loved it. It is messy when you eat it, so make sure to have napkins or eat it outside.
