Just tried to come in with my fiancé for a late night snack and was very upset to try to open the door and it was locked. It was only 8:19PM. If your going to close before 9PM then the house should change to close at 8pm.

I visited Mochinut yesterday and meet some really nice employees with great attitude my Korean corn dog came out less then 10 minutes and when I got in the car I notice how it was coated very good in the Cheeto powder after frying which needs to be done in order for you to actually taste the Cheeto powder it wasn't too soft too grease just RIGHT ! not only was it coated good but the size was very big and filled with thick mozzarella and the spicy mayo that u can get on the side made it taste 10000x better Mochinut on Millenia is far down the best Mochint I ever been too and I'm definitely going back everything was 100000/10 ?

No one was at the front to assist customers. They don’t speak any English and It was EXTREMELY hot in there . Multiple customers were leaving do to the same issue.

I really do love this place so much!! It’s definitely one of my favorite place in Orlando! I don’t get the bad reviews because this place it’s absolutely amazing!! I got the tiramisu soufflé pancake and the Korean hot dogs, everything meet all my expectations and didn’t disappoint at all! The soufflé only took 25 minutes and it was definitely worth the wait, I will definitely be back for the boba drinks and the donuts (I recommend calling for the donuts flavors because the employee told me they have different flavors everyday), if I could give everything a 100/10 I would, please give this place a chance, I am in love with this place!!

The food was great, however the cook or whatever she is probably the manager, very rude.. We intentioned to order two mozzarella sticks+drinks. Asked if we wanted a receipt and when said no with the least of thought. the waiter came and brung our order we were given a third mozzarella stick, i was one of the girls who the food was handed to, and i looked up in confusion, showing confusion indirectly asking, “huh? we ordered three?”. clearly in a state of confusion but also not sure if we may have accidentally bought three or if it was intentional on the waiters part. It was a duplicate of one of our orders, personally i was too confused to say any thing in expectation that the waiter knows what she was doing as the store was not busy enough to confuse orders, understand mistakes happen though. However we did not touch the third stick, it was just kind of sitting there. As we are finishing up eating, the waiter and i assume manager, terrible approach …very rude, very embarrassing how she approached us in front of other customers. As we just sit in confusion. Anyways manager is very rude, but as a manager for another food company, that is not a way you approach and treat your customers, if any thing i can understand the mistake that happened, but the manager should pay more attention to the waiter rather the customer, again.. especially with that approach. We sit as the other girl writes a review, manager comes back out to uphold her previous actions, turns into unnecessary scene from both parts. I expect more from a manager especially from a new business.. she needs to work on her attitude and separate business from her emotions.

Food was great! On the other hand customer service was horrible! I ordered 2 hot dogs and received 3 I thought maybe they was being extra nice but no 5 mins pass one of them came up to us and started screaming at me saying it was our fault for her mistake
