My husband and I visited A long while ago and we weren’t impressed, but whoever’s taking over this restaurant has made waves and made changes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very enjoyable and the food was so delicious fresh and hot. We were very hungry and decided to give it a second chance and we are very glad we did

This location has gone down hill and there’s no sign of it improving. Not only are they always out of beans or other options early in the day telling customers there’s no more for the remaining hours to be made, but they are extremely rude. One girl has an attitude and looks like she hates her job. Then quit and give it to someone that really wants to work. Manager Jimmy is twice as rude. He was very rude to my wife who was trying to redeem a reward and instead of being helpful and at his discretion to resolve it, he sent her out and throws the food in the garbage. Very unprofessional for a manager. Has no clue about customer service etiquette nor customer retention. Would rather throw his food cost in the garbage and upset a customer with his attitude and lack of proper communication. It wouldve been beneficial to just give the food and retain the customer vs throw it in the trash and lose the customer. I will be contacting corporate about this locations failure to manager properly and lack of food options for customers. There’s no reason by noon midday they run out of beans or chicken and there’s none left to make until the time of closing. Absolutely horrible service and management! Manager Jimmy also advised this rewards issue has been for awhile and so when as a manager are you looking to resolve this? Seems this is a known issue and didn’t just occur as he told this to my wife. The bathrooms are gross and have mold around the toilet as well. What happened to this location!? This was never in such shape and is getting worse. There needs to be new management otherwise I don’t see this location lasting much longer. If I could give zero stars I would. And Jimmy needs to take some management courses to fix his attitude. This is not how you gain and keep customers.
