Todd, Melina, and Mathew just stood there and didn’t take any orders or make any food. I ordered a Coke and it took 45 minutes to get through the line. When I did get to the counter I was standing there for 10 minutes before I was asked what my order was.

I love Moes, this location doesn’t do it justice. I think the lack of traffic causes for bad food, they don’t have a full Moes menu no refills on soda. Just not the Moes I love and am used to. Won’t be returning to this location.

I came here after our run club and the Moe's team was very accommodating! It was easy to order and they were efficient, the woman at the cash register was very friendly. I appreciated that they let me use my annual pass discount. The seating area was quiet and clean. The food tasted good, my friend and I were very happy we got a scoop of fresh eggs in our bowls. I was pretty surprised to hear that they didn't offer their normal menu during breakfast hours, the rice was cooked and sitting in the bin covered, but the employee said they don't offer the regular menu during breakfast hours. I'm pretty surprised because most of the regular menu items are more expensive than the breakfast offerings, and the lunch hours to order off the normal menu weren't posted. Otherwise, I had a great experience and looking forward to eating here after our runs on Saturdays!

My family has been coming 2 times a year for the past few years and we always go to Moe's for lunch and never had a problem. We were there Sat 3/9 for my daughters birthday and the service and food were horrible. The chicken and beef was so dry it was hard, quesadillas weren't crispy but soft. There were 3 girls working the line and were not professional at all while 1 guy was on register and getting drinks he wasnt as happy either. For spending over $100. for lunch it was so not worth it. So disappointing for this location.

Rude staff and they closed 30 minutes before the posted time on the food court door. Every time we come here something goes wrong. Very dirty and they do not offer everything a regular Moe's does which is understandable they are a small location but they don't have to be rude. Honestly they should close this location and open up the spot for someone who actually wants to do business there.

The girls that work have no common sense or personality. My mum lost her glasses on velocicoaster (I know stupid) and she couldn't read the menu. I was panda express but the queue was huge so I joined my mum at moe's southwest and basically she was still trying to tell the girls she couldn't read the menu because she had lost her glasses and they just pointed at the counter top, they could speak English because they spoke to each other and understood my order perfectly and if I hadn't come over my mum would be stuck, feel really sorry for anyone that genuinely needs help. The food was OK
