Absolutely the worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. I understand you work in an airport with thousands of people coming through however acting like this is unacceptable. The two woman working there seemed like they didn’t even want to wake up today.

I had a terrible experience, everything was low or dirty, the people making our food were completely ignoring us and talking to each other. Me and my company couldn’t even finish our food because we believe there was something off with the chicken we got. This was extremely disappointing considering how expensive the food was!

The employees here are absolutely horrendous. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Really unfortunate as the burritos are delicious, but the people working really put a damper on the entire experience. They could not care less. Language barrier or not, they were ridiculously rude and ignorant. Especially in an airport where you are dealing with constant travellers and tourists everyday from all over the world who might not be familiar with the menu etc. This place needs to hire some employees who are at least mildly competent and have even a small amount of customer service compassion.

Charles is so terrible at his job. Put the wrong food🤦♂️. Served incorrectly, charged it incorrectly. And on top of that he is rule, terrible communication skills. 0 % customer service. Charles needs to change his job or be fired. Such a terrible attitude for no reason. The worst at the airport.

I went to order queso and chips 30 minutes before closing and they didn’t have queso, confused why everything on that menu almost has queso. Rushing to go home smh

Spent $50 on a burritos, steak bowl, chips and cheese to be ignored and they kept my change and acted like they couldn't speak English. If you choose to work with the public learn how to be nice to your customers! If I could give zero stars I would!!

I was given a laughable amount of nachos. It seems like they are rationing now even while we as a consumer have to deal with the price increases of the current inflation. Why do I get less food for a higher price? Horrible portions. Do not recommend

Worst restaurant in the whole airport. I go to other Moes quite frequently, but I have never seen one this bad. I normally get a chicken stack, however, this one couldn’t do it. I asked for a cheese quesadilla instead, because everyone can do that. Apparently you are not allowed to order anything but burritos. The menu is so limited because the staff doesn’t want to make it, not because they can’t. They have all of the equipment and all of the ingredients. Very disappointing and they were extremely rude. No wonder there was no one in line. DO NOT recommend.
