I’m sorry that’s funny but My experience with this company was disappointing. Hygiene standards seemed inconsistent—like employees touching food with bare hands and not following proper cooking procedures. I also noticed practices like wearing sandals in food prep areas, which didn’t seem professional or sanitary. Overall, the lack of attention to basic cleanliness made me lose confidence in operations. Moreover, forgetting water in a hot pan is minuscule, I only consumed the chicken I made myself, The cigarette smell isn’t pleasant either. Thank you ❤️ and please do be kinder to your employees! Respect goes a long way. I would like to point that I was never scheduled when health inspections “had points deducted”, floor cleaner on plates and open cups on tables next to food preparation.

I’ll start by saying I frequent this Moes often, and the new management is great! However, I showed up after work a few days ago and got completely skimped on the meat. If a regular bowl costs around $15, you can’t do that to loyal customers, and then ask for a tip on top of that! I’ll chop it up to the employee being new because I’ve never seen the person before. I’ll change my review if I get better service next time.

Over the years, I had good and bad experiences at this location. More bad experiences than good, I’ve stopped going and would try again and nothing changed. A few months ago, I tried again and was pleasantly surprised that it was under new management. The owner & their family keep this place clean versus before it was always dirty. They are attentive and welcoming. Food is always great. 99% of the time that I come in to eat, Manju prepares my food - he has great customer service. Thank you!

This is my 4th or 5th time trying this location let me down every time this time is the finale straw first of all the guy came from out from smoking in the front came straight in and put gloves on didn’t wash his hands the man was drenched in sweat he started my food and literally dripped his sweat in my freaking food and acted liked he didn’t see it happen I had to literally tell him to stop what he was doing and wipe his sweat and wash his hands and re start my food also there soda machine wasn’t working which is the case most of the times I come in there they won’t see me again smh ✌?

Since Moe's came under new management, I’ve noticed several positive changes. The staff are more attentive and friendly. The food quality has also improved, with fresher ingredients and very good portions.
The restaurant itself feels cleaner and more welcoming, creating a better atmosphere for dining. I’m impressed with it and look forward to returning.

I had a great experience at Moe's Southwest Grill. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly customizable. I especially loved the burrito—packed with great ingredients! The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Overall, it’s a fun, casual spot for a tasty meal. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this Moe’s for a while. I’ve been in Orlando for a few years now. This was never my go to Moe’s (I preferred the Lee Vista Location) but I go to this one cause it’s conveniently next to my job. Honestly it was always a hit or miss. And the employees never really cared and it showed in the food. From it being over cooked and the grill looking uncleaned. It showed. But I kept going because it was convenient and semi edible.
Let’s fast forward to now tho… the new management. I’m seeing great improvement from the food actually tasting good. Well cooked. The grill looks very well maintained now (this is how I always judge my Moe’s) the inside feels cleaner. I don’t really eat inside. But I can tell. Staff seem to be better treated and getting proper training. Love seeing these changes and will be eating here more often (they already notice that tho and I’m okay with it)

Don’t get food to go!!! I ordered a chicken burrito with multiple extras. All that was in it was rice and black beans. They had problems with their computer which is a bummer for them. So I ordered online. They didn’t have queso so I was getting “refunded” for that. Then I was told “your whole order got refunded”…needless to say it was a nice gesture for not having queso….But I did not get any money back. I hate paying for food I throw in the trash, true disappointment.
