Online orders were an hour + behind. Sure it was busy but if they had any customers in the regular line they wouldn't work on any online orders. So I guess don't order online. Also they were out of a lot.It took over 2 hours for me to cancel my order and give up.

I wish I could give this location a zero. That's how bad the service was on Tuesday. Awful. Contacted the location and emailed corporate last week. No response. The worker who took my order was very rude and nasty. Won't return. I'm done.

Order online for pick up and arrived 10 mins early to restaurant. After 40 mins of waiting, I left. Employee was busy with 5 other people in line and then went to the back to get things to cook more. Was not able to cancel through the app. Employee was by themselves and were new.

Order through the mobile app and arrived at store at 11AM and the door was locked. I had to call the store to get someone to open the door and let us in. Boxes were littered throughout the store. We sat and waited for our food and watched as other customers came through the lined and left with their food. We just say and finally got our food. After 25+ mins, just seemed like we in the way.

Worst experience today. Waited minutes with no one in the front. You could see staff vaping on phone in back. Only was I acknowledged after a neighboring employee went into the back to let them know, As she came in for free drinks. The food they had was limited and looked old. They were out of EVERYTHING napkins. Forks. Food. Drink machine wouldnt work AND restaurant was very dirty. Come on guys try A LITTLE.

Place looked unsanitary not very clean. The guacamole was dark and looks like it was sitting out all day. Not a pleasant experience and unfortunately won't be back.

I never write bad review unless it’s REALLY bad. Unhygienic, hot mess. I ordered a pickup. Got there and “their machine was down” so they didn’t get my online order. Didn’t have some of the fillings. Salsa bar looked congealed, like the salsas had been out for days and dirty all around. I showed them the pick up order information and they still made the order incorrectly. They also used their personal phone to take a picture of my order info. Proceeded to handle (probably germy phone) while making the food. Laid phone on the assembly line, too. Burritos were folded and cut like quesadillas??? Not sure why. The restaurant itself looked like it hadn’t seen a mop since 1985.
