Moe's Southwest Grill

Ordered a burrito with extra protein.....and got a bowl with no protein, rice was hard and no salsa included with the chips.

My order took 25 minutes, and they gave me something I didn't order. I ordered chicken with rice, and they gave me ground beef with seeds, and it tasted disgusting. But the worst part is that the Moe's staff didn't care and didn't even have the courtesy to ask me first or at least let me know it wasn't what I had ordered. I only realized because I sat down to eat and threw the food back in a napkin because of how awful it tasted.

We visited this location for the TMOBILE promotion (2 of us). There was a long line with only 2 employees (one at cashier and one serving food). You could tell they were stressed...this store needs help!

We wanted a bowl and asked for steak and beans. He explained that even with the promotion, the steak was still an up-charge after he put the steak and beans in the bowl. We apologized and asked for the chicken instead. The gentlemen took the steak (which was touching the beans) out the bowl and put it back in with the other steaks in the metal container. This isn't good, especially if someone has an allergy (cross contamination).

Much of the sides were empty and/or very low (no corn, no veggies). Ground beef looked horribly dry. We finally finished our order and to be honest we weren't satisfied with the leftovers we had to choose from. Also, the sauce bar was a mess. Sauces and salsa were missing and stuff spilled everywhere. There were dirty napkins and papers from straws all over the fountain drink station. To be honest, if this wasn't a freebie from TMOBILE, I wouldn't have paid money for what we seen. If you are going to run a promotion, at least have the staff and food available to accommodate. Truly disappointed.

Moe’s use to be my favorite place to eat, this location or Moe’s changed in general. They burn the rice, it’s rock hard! The ingredients don’t taste the same. The corn is burn and dried out as well. This place should be closed and Manager needs to be removed. I went there with two weeks ago with a bad experience, came back a week later thinking it was just an off day……. No….. Do NOT EAT HERE!

The Moe's by us closed a couple years ago. My wife and I were on vacation so naturally we had to hit up a Moe's. So glad we did, the stack hits just as hard as I remember. Please bring one back to Green Bay!!!

Ordered a taco when I came to pick it up the guy gave me a tortilla with no ingredients in it. Seriously bro?!a steak taco with just a shred of meat and no other toppings, pathetic,

This specific location went over and beyond. We love Moe's whenever we visit the south. The lady helping us was energetic and had enthusiasm. Could tell she enjoyed her job. Great atmosphere!

Bland overpriced Southwest influenced menu. Not close to authentic cuisine. Super disappointed. Walk through line. No service, but expected a tip at checkout. Added one, got nothing for it.

I ate here twice last week and one guy barely put any chicken in my meal, so I told him to double it, which made him put the basic amount (one small scoop worth) in. I was frustrated by that and I told him to triple it, and he finally put a little bit more in. Not sure if they were running out of chicken or something, but he did not wamt to give me chicken and I ended up paying extra Twice. :^(

(I was working in the area all week) So I came back the next day, but 1st checked to see if it was a different work crew, and luckily it was. I then ordered a burrito and the lady working that day gave me the correct amount of chicken (just a standard scoop) so I didn't have to double or triple it. Again, I'm not a complainer on Google, just sharing my experience at this location. :^)

Slowest and dirtiest moes I have ever been to. All the tables were dirty and trashed was beyond full I sat in line for about 25 mins while they took there sweet time. My beans were so old some of my pinto beans were dark and hard. The guy seemed to be the only one moving his A** taking care of the line and large online orders…this experience reminded me why I do not eat here in Orlando moes!! 🤮 don’t recommend 0 out of 10! RUN if you see this place night shift don’t care😂
