Came in noticed almost every table dirty, debris on the floor under every table. Went to the restroom (I visited the Life Kitchen app to see when the last health inspection was ya'll got a B on 070623). The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned since that day. Come out and immediately notice highchairs had debris on them. The salsa table isn't looking good. Go to the ordering area, and food looks dried out. Sorry, but I had to leave cause while I was waiting on fresh food. I started to sweat cause no ac. Do better! Cause the last time I was here, ya'll were on point! Shameful how it looked today!

I did a cary out order and they forgot my salsa and my sour cream. They also gave me the wrong kind of beans and forgot the cheese on top. Just so many things wrong with it and its kind of silly to not be able to tell them on the app or anything. I dont really want to leave a bad review but its just so many things wrong and its not the first time either. I guess if you want it made right you have to watch over them in the store

placed an order through the app since it's bogo with your bff day. ordered two hw bowls for it to not have guacamole in them, and both chips were combined into one? these were for different people why are you putting everything into one chip bag? lets not forget that the salsas were also missing. the girl looked at me like i was crazy for saying that i don't need to add guacamole on the ingredients list if i chose the hw bowl... i worked at moe's and never have i ever had a customer need to add guacamole to their list when they have requested a homewrecker anything. very bad overall. second time ordering from here and they messed up both times. listen to the reviews no matter how old they are.

The steak is my favorite here! So delicious and juicy! It's often kinda loud in this location sometimes but don't let that put you off, the food is so worth it! The nachos are amazing!!

Gotta be the saltiest garbage I've ever experienced. I just had a homewrecker. I got the beef. I failed to realize that I would be getting a protein sized helping of salt with a side of beef. For $35 for 2 people I honestly expect better. I'll stick with Chipotle. What an awful experience. I feel scammed.
No food very little to no food, they were scraping the bottom of the pans to serve me and my meat was over cooked! I will never come to this Moe’s of Waterford lakes aging!! And they did not offer kids eating free with a purchase.

Writing this Review mostly because of Dylan and Jacob the two boys took my order. they were both so nice and had a great attitude despite the rush of customers who are all immensely rude older women who had attitude I don’t know why people treat service people so bad. I don’t know if it’s that they’re entitled or that they think they can just treat people bad because they’re a service worker but without them, we wouldn’t be able to enjoy delicious food that we love. The moes food was great and I am so impressed with the fact that these two kept a smile on their face and a good attitude, despite the circumstances. and if you’re gonna be old and crabby, and mean, just do us all a favor. and order delivery.

Kids eat free on Sunday's at all moes locations in the nation as per their website. However staff at this location says that moes has stopped this program which is not true..as long it says in the website it should be free on sundays for kids with a adult purchase. Please educate your staff..
