The manager didn't have hot tofu on hand and told me that he would need to cook it. Never gave me a timeline and even after the oven timer went off he said I needed to wait longer. The entire time this worker had an attitude and you can tell by how he poorly marinated the tofu upon cooking it. When I called him out on his attitude he decided to take it another notch and tell me that I have to wait for it to be cooked. He even gave my wife a sarcastic attitude pretending to be upset about us having to deal with his attitude.ive never once been to a moes that didn't have tofu on hand. No wonder this store has 3.8 stars . what a joke.

we went in and the place was empty should have been a sign. we ended up ordering a beef and chicken burrito. this was my first time at a moes and the employee was extremely helpful in assisting me with my order. he even made sure my friend and i got our student discounts. however, the food was NOT good. the cilantro was yellow. the glauc was tasteless. the chips were kind of stale and tasted like chemicals. the chicken was chewy. the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while especially the salsa in the back. made my roommate and i fear for our lives and our athletic career.

Came in about noon and the place was completely empty. I’ve been to many Moe’s in my life and none have been this bad. I ordered the steak burrito as usual and none of the ingredients looked normal, but as if they had been sitting out for hours. Also, the steak bore resemblance to chunks of fish body parts, grey and gross looking. Didn’t look like normal moes steak at all. The ice machine didn’t work, nothing was clean, and only one employee In the resteraunt. Moes in Orlando is horrible. Payed wayyyy too much for the worst moes experience ever.

I had a free cup of queso for joining Moe’s rewards in the app and the manager Bri gaslighted me into saying there was no reward and wouldn’t give me the free cup of queso in my app. Then Bri and the other two workers started YELLING at us because my app wasn’t working and told us that if we come back we’re TRESPASSING. Absolutely horrific customer service to treat customers so rude.
Order a steak burrito. Majority of it was jalapeños and literally like 2 or 3 prices of steak. If there’s gonna be an up charge for steak, there might as well be a decent amount in there. If you chew on that boy.

walked in there the other day… was ready to order the stack… They ignored me, I greeted them… tried to be nice and they didn’t smile at me lol. Then proceeded to make 4 order before addressing the fact that I was standing in front of them… then bro goes… I’ll be with you in a minute… keep in mind I’m the only one in there… maybe two people are sitting down… he made about 2 more orders before I decided to take myself over too 4 rivers… it was the better choice… all you had to say was hello smh

If you're planning on heading to Moe's for lunch, you might want to think twice. I stopped by around noon, and it was a real letdown. No ice, no unsweet tea, and the sauces were a mess. Half the sodas were out of order, and the food area looked unorganized. Plus, they’ve stopped including a drink with Moe Monday. If you’re looking for the quality Moe’s used to have, this isn’t it. Let them know we deserve better! And honestly, if you want a smooth, consistent experience, you might be better off checking out Chipotle instead.
