They were out of half the ingredients and seemed in no rush to replace them. The two ladies and one guy filling orders were doing their best but the people supposedly restocking and making food walked with the urgency of people expecting not to return for another shift. The sauce station was a mess. The freestyle machine had no ice and was empty of most flavors. The icee machine was leaking on one side and not working on the other. The floor was so sticky I nearly lost my flip flop twice. The tables were dirty and the buckets of what I assume were sanitizer for cleaning were murky. When I ordered, they put my daughter's food in another group's bag. I even asked them if it was in my bag and they said yes without checking. The only reason my daughter got her food was because the group ahead of me noticed it and gave it back.

Ordered 30min before getting my meal and I still had to wait 15 mor min. App started it would be ready in 15min . 45 min is to long to get my food. 2 people on staff during lunch. Bad management schedule

Whenever I go to North Alafaya's store and Jack D. serves me, he always does with a smile, very kindly, and doesn't make me wait. He serves the food very quickly. Thank you, Jack D., for your excellent work.

I ordered 2 adobo chicken burritos and they arrived with no chicken. Also instead of roast corn Pico they just put corn. They forgot the salsa with the chips. Literally the worst Moe's burrito I ever had.

Ordered door dash a cup of queso and got no chips. . . Chips are supposed to come with queso! I spent $13 on doordash for ONLY A CUP OF QUESO WITH NO CHIPS.

Used to be my favorite place to eat but I just ordered food online and the rice was as hard as a rock, it was missing the protein, corn, sour cream, and cheese. The last time I went in the food wasn’t as good as it used to be. I will be going to a different location from now on

Don't know if they changed their queso recipe but the last 2 times I got it, it was a clumpy mess. It was filled with large clumps of something and so thick, chips break trying to dip them.
