I was very excited to try this restaurant during Magical Dining, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The presentation of the dishes looked promising, but the flavors and execution did not live up to expectations. Several items arrived either under-seasoned or overcooked, leaving little to enjoy. The quality didn't reflect the spirit of Magical Dining, which is supposed to showcase a restaurant at its best, to gain a repeat customer but sadly, it fell flat.

This was our first time at Morton's. We love excellent steak, but don't gravitate towards the chain steakhouses. While looking over the Magical Dining site, we decided to give it a try. The service was amazing. I ate from the Magical Dining menu, my husband ate from the main menu. The steaks were cooked perfectly. Embarrassingly enough, my husband eats his well done, but they got it right. I'm so glad we finally tried Morton's. We'll definitely get back.

As long-time Landry's Select members, my husband and I have always appreciated the consistent quality and service at the Landry's restaurants. Our dinner last night, however, was a tale of two different experiences. While the food was good—my steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and the crème brûlée was a creamy delight—the service was a significant disappointment. Our server was short with us from the start, never introduced himself, and came across as borderline rude. The lack of hospitality made it difficult to enjoy what was otherwise an excellent meal. We hope this feedback helps in ensuring a better experience for future diners.

I ate at the restaurant last night with my wife and another couple. The food and bar were very good, great selection of quality wines. We really appreciated our server, Selena as she made the whole experience exceptional! She was very professional and attentive throughout our dining experience. She really knew the menu and gave us great recommendations. It is a great place to take that special someone as the atmosphere was perfect and classy. Thanks again to Selena and the management!

Unfortunately, the waiter seemed to get several items incorrect. Wrong drink for 1 of 3. Wrong soup for 2 of 3. Wrong dessert for 2 of 3. There were 3 in our party and the place only had one person eating when we arrived yet service was very slow.

Very nice ambiance, service was incredible , our server's name was Shawn very knowledgeble, friendly, positive attitude, his food recommendations were on point, the only thing was the price for drinks little to high, anyways , we have such an amazing date night!!

Wonderful evening for happy hour. Great selection and freindly staff. We hadn't been for several years after not enjoying a previous occasion but will now look forward to returning.

The steak in morton's are outstanding the problem that I've noticed is that the temperature and quality of the steaks varies. I stop going for the same reason and when I go back 2 or 3 month after the steaks has gotten better. And I have seen this for the past 2 years.

It was our 30th wedding anniversary. A special day with a very special woman. I deeply love my wife, and when we decided to go out for our special meal, Morton's was my only choice. Our meal was wonderful, perfect steaks for two. From the hostess to our server, the service was first class. Never an empty glass of water, always checking on us, if we needed anything. The dessert of chocolate lava cake was to die for. Morton's even took our picture to remember this special dinner. Thank you to everyone from the chefs to the wait staff. Thank you Selena

It was a nice experience. While I had a few concerns with some things. Overall, it was a good place, nice ambiance, and the food was pretty decent for the price.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. While the atmosphere was nice, the experience was disappointing. Our food took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, the steak was severely undercooked—completely inedible. To the manager's credit, they were very polite and had the chef prepare entirely new dishes for us, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement steak lacked flavor, and the potatoes were still undercooked. For the price and for a restaurant that markets itself as a prime steakhouse, this was unacceptable. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant.

Experience at restaurant was fantastic. Sadly, the customer load was a pathetic demonstration of the economic state of affairs. During a 7 pm meal which lasted over 2:25 hours, the restaurant only served 4 covers. At this rate, restaurant viability is at major risk. A sad state of affairs.

This was our first visit to Morton's. It was our anniversary so we reserved a table at this Morton's location. I made the reservation online and for a special request I requested that if possible our table be a little more private, away from the crowd. When we arrived, we did not have a long wait at all. They took us to our reserved table which was as we requested; away from the crowd. The table had faux rose petals with a little greeting card wishing us a happy anniversary! The ambiance was very classy and low lighting made the mood more intimate. Our waiter was Austin. He was very polite, attentive and knew the menu like the back of his hand. The food was a 10/10! The service was 10/10! Austin made sure the table was always clean of crumbs and debris. We did not feel rushed to leave at all. Other staff stopped by to greet us and make sure we were enjoying our experience. Even the chef and the manager stopped by to check on us. The noise level was perfect, the staff were all classy and polite and professional. They all were very attentive. The hostess even took a picture of my husband and I and gave us the developed photo in a card to take home! We eat out quite frequently and this is going to be our new place to eat on our special celebrations!

Had another great dinner at Morton's, but this time our server Nick made it even better by recommending a change from my usual 8oz filet mignon order to the Cajun seared ribeye—and it was spectacular. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked just right. Great service, great food. Thanks, Nick, for the upgrade!

Disappointing. We came for the advertised lobster indulgence 2 pound special for $59. It was running July 25-27, our reservation was for July 26 at 8:30pm. In the reservation notes I put we were coming for the lobster indulgence special. 5 minutes before arriving (we live 45 minutes away) we received a call that they were all out of lobster. If you run a lobster special you may want to assume people will take advantage of it and order a surplus. Felt like a bait and switch. We ate there anyway and the food was actually very good (ribeye, au gratin potatoes and banana dessert). We also ordered a lobster tail (which they did have) but the bartender forgot to enter it. By the time it came we were already done with our meal and no longer desired it. It's pricey for the experience, we compared the pricing to other steakhouses we frequent with equally delectable bites and found Morton's is higher priced for a crappier experience. There's also no valet which for a restaurant of this caliber and location is expected. Be better.
