Mr. Sushi Express II

Ended up ordering a DoorDash pick up and ended up accidentally ordering to their sister store in Kissimmee. We explained the situation and the employees could care less and unwilling to accommodate or refund us. Couldn’t get a refund either. We didn’t have a car since we were on vacation, so we ended up ubering 30 mins away one way to pick up our nonrefundable order.

I got the ramen and a sushi roll and spent 30$ definitely regret it because the ramen was super bland and the sushi roll tasted like mayo only mayo pretty disappointing and it was pretty dirty in there ): sad wish I could get a refund

Food was okay, but for dine in we waited 45 minutes. Javier took our order, when I asked what’s taking so long, he said sorry messed up and forgot to put your order in, then they were rushing to make it. We were with 2 small kids so this kind of wait for express sushi, ridiculous. Plus the classic car show was outside, door was wide
open, all the fumes rushed inside the restaurant and all I can smell is fumes from cars while eating. I asked for the manager multiple times, they said, he was not available for rest of the day. No resolution to problem, just on to the next customer- DO BETTER!!

I really have been eating here for a long time but this time the service was very bad, the people or the 2 guys who served had a very bad attitude and I didn't like the food and since I have been here for a couple of years the sushi 🍣 had more rice than filling something is wrong here with this restaurant

Got delivery through grubhub. No sauce included on rolls or on the side. The crab salad was just shredded crab. Missing ingredients in the rolls.

I just ordered chicken teriaki, shrimp tempura, yakisoba and salmon tempura. The chicken is bad, its expired and the shrimp is undercooked. This is crazy! I called and he hung up on me, they are a Joke!

Decent quality sushi, not the best i’ve tried however really good for the price. Salmon nigiri was my favourite. Really fast service

I never orden here, but was surprised to see they dont offer low sodium soy sauce.
Every place like this should offer you options.
Im trying to be healthy by ordering sushi instead of junk food and this is not helpful.

I do not recommend miso soup and fried products. Other than that, they have excellent sushi. I recommend it for this price, it is of great quality.

Worst ramen ever I could have gotten a pack of ramen from the store literally only got it because they were doing a buy one get one only to see why it literally taste like water. The Ramen flavor barely is even there. I literally sat here waiting for an extremely disappointed and now hungry. I wish I can get a refund do not ever buy their Ramen. didn’t even eat the second one couldn’t get past the first smell the noodles first

I was there on Friday, on other occasions it was very good but this time I ordered the ceviche sushi and nothing to see...I hope they improve because for me they were one of the best?
