Long waits and overpriced… expected for in-hotel shops i guess.
Kim is always an absolute pleasure to see behind the counter! I know I will get amazing service with a warm smile. She is a gem and always goes above and beyond!
Baked goods are amazing!
FYI - They switched to Starbucks last week from La Columbe coffee.
Also love the new self checkout kiosk!

Melissa and the Hispanic girl were awesome on a late Wednesday night! She made us feel welcome, made and amazing pizza, and told us about my new favorite drink the banana water.
The absolute best cinnamon buns in the world. Even when we aren't staying here, we drive to get them.

Muse was a great place to get some food, but not if you're in a hurry. There were several waiting in line for coffee and several others just trying to get some grab and go items, and the wait line on a busy weekend was 30 minutes. (at no fault of the employees) Be prepared to pay over $4 for a small bottle of coke. The parfaits and fruit bowls were good, and the other pastry items looked great.

Rude staff. Attempted to get a cup off coffee a few minutes before opening as I needed to be on the road before their 6AM opening and was told “I don’t know who you are or why you think you should be in here - get out”. If you elect to operate a venue within a hotel you are going to inherently have guests coming and going at all hours. If you are the only provider that has coffee in the AM it’s expected people will seek caffeine at an early hour. Do better.
literally the best cinnamon roll known to mankind. i drove 30 minutes just for this cinnamon roll (or 4) and i dont regret it one bit. this jewel of culinary art is a masterpiece of dough and icing that is not overpoweringly sweet. it is gooey in the center and is everything u wish cinnabun was. this has a leg up on the famed pastry shops in new york and paris and im not even joking. please for the love of god try this thing before you die, or dream about it in heaven.

Good place to get a snack in the middle of the night while staying at Signia at Bonnet Creek Resort
Don’t order online cause you’re just buying premade food and they don’t honor what you ordered. Ordered a deli sandwich and ice tea. Got there and no ice tea, so they substituted an off brand packaged bottle that wasn’t the same size. $18 for a cold sandwich that was made who knows when and a bottle of tea. It was 2:20 pm, make the tea.
The staff is always so friendly and always willing to offer assistance. We have had some unusual requests in the past and they always find a way to honor them.
Place to get prepared foods. Had a sandwich and drink. A bit overpriced - $ 12 for a turkey sandwich. $ 3.65 for a bottle of Coke.
I spent a week at the Bonnet Creek Hilton hotel and was greeted every morning by the kind folks quickly serving a line of guests at the MUSE. The manager, Matthew, always had a smile and lead his team to provide quality service. Thank you Matthew for outstanding service, delicious food and the perfect large latte, single shot, non-fat, no foam! I will miss you!
