I won't give this place one star because the food actually did not taste horrible and I did not get sick from it... the food did seem super low quality compared to most other Thai places. The primary reason for my review is the restaurant itself is nasty... super old and run down, the bathroom is gross. When we sat down at the table the waitress wiped something off of it in front of us. Food came out quick-- and as I mentioned, was not disgusting but just the most average and plain Thai food ever. One of the bus-boys would annoying come by out table seemingly once every 2 minutes to try to take our plates away. My big take away from places with dirty and rundown dining/bath rooms is-- if they keep the place the customers CAN see so dirty, imagine the parts that the customer CAN'T see. Probably would never return.

2 full hours late(ordered on doordash). only prepared my order when I found out Vegan Thai Basil was in fact Napasorn Thai. Once I found out their addresses were the same, I called Napasorn to find out why my pregnant wife has been hangry for 2 hours while multiple Dashers abandoned the order.After my Karen-call, (apologies for the tension). We received rice & tofu, plain as if a child prepared it. no sauce, nothin. I sincerely hope they were having an off day, as otherwise I don't know how they stay in business.

The restaurant is nice & the staff were too. We got the shrimp pad Thai. It was fair at best and $15 each plus $5 for 6 shrimp. The noodles were all broken up like they weren’t cooked properly and the flavor was mild, there wasn’t enough sauce.

Food was good. Felt like I was eating at a relatives house. Place a bit run down, bathrooms gross. But it's good food, decent price for the area and fast enough to still make it to the theater.

Went on a Wednesday evening for drinks and appetizers with friends. Absolutely excellent service, drinks, music and food!!! Highly recommend!!!

Took a while to take our drink orders and even longer to tell one of us they didn’t have the drink they ordered. Waitresses of which we had 3, were unfamiliar with the menu at all. Ordered edamame and asked for bowls to discard the shells, after asking 2 waiters and waiting a while we discarded the shells on the table. After asking the 3rd waitress and her noticing the shells on the table finally brought one. After ordering entrees we had to put our menus away ourselves to clear space for dinner when it came out. Waitress #2 apologized and took one of the 6 menus away. Entrees came out so staggered the first two served finished as the last person received their meal. Food was great but won’t be back due to service and organization.

The restaurant's delivery service was unsatisfactory.Despite confirmation of delivery to my address, I encountered a cancellation charge, having to pay the full amount. As a visitor, updating my address within a mile resulted in the order being canceled.

I came here for the first time with some coworkers for a work lunch. We arrived before the downtown lunch rush so there were plenty of tables available. The service was quick and the two people serving are group were very nice. A bunch of us ordered the Pad Se-Ew with chicken and it was the first to come out. We asked for the spice tray as well and I added what looked like gochujang sauce which gave it the right kick to my liking. I like to order my Thai mild and add the heat on my own. Pad Se-Ew is different everywhere you go and this version was a little on the sweeter side. Other people ordered the house fried rice and pad Thai. Everyone was happy with their meals and we hardly had any leftovers.
