To be rude to my delivery driver is one thing. But then to say you’re the manager and then try to correct me like i didn’t do my research is another thing. Don’t tell people you have to pay extra for a sauce and then don’t have even have the option. My food hasn’t even made it to my house yet and I’m never ordering from you guys again. Thanks for a crappy first experience.

If you'd like to experience mediterranean sauna or find places even hotter than outside of Florida - go to Napoli. Way too hot inside and there is no air to breathe. We all got sweat and could not enjoy our food.

Super rude at this location. I stopped by and was having trouble opening the door and when I peered inside and saw nobody but one worker staring at me, so I thought that meant the door was locked and that they were closing and so I proceeded to walk away. The older gentleman that was behind the counter then came outside and swung open the door forcefully like he was just so upset I couldn’t open the door and started yelling at me saying they don’t have regular doors and I had to open it a certain way. I’m a first time costumer and never been here. After telling him he didnt have to speak to me that way over opening the door, I decided not to order and to leave. If that’s how you treat your costumers I see why it’s a ghost town in there

I've ordered slices, beef patties, and garlic knots. Each time, their food is consistent.. One certain spot is busier than the other and they might rush, but the taste never changes..

5 stars for the wonderful service napolis always provides. Ran by a very efficient and kind couple. Great food prepared with care.

They are really nice

Love this olive garden. Everyone is so very nice. They also don't rush u. Sophie was an excellent server. Had a great attitude. Will diffenitly keep going back.

Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Returning

I recently visited this restaurant with my family and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The lady who greeted us was extremely unfriendly and refused to bring the menu to our table. We had to get up and grab it ourselves, which was frustrating.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning was broken, making the place unbearably hot. We waited 45 minutes for our pizzas, which is far too long, considering the place wasn’t even that busy. When the pizzas finally arrived, they were so hot that both my cousin and I burned our mouths while eating. A little bit of care and customer service could have made such a difference, but sadly, it was lacking in every way.

Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing dining experience, and we definitely won’t be coming back.

We enjoy eating here at Napoli, the family is the owners they are humble, we love to talk to them ❤️ More than 20 years coming to this pizzeria like my generations, a pleasant atmosphere and their food.
