Napoli Pizza Restaurant

I ordered a pizza and wings. First of I was looked like my bacon or ham was not cooked then like they just opened a can of pineapple and throw it on the pizza the wings also were not seasoned but like they just throw minced garlic and parmigiana cheese on it . Horrible not worth the money

Horrible taste in wings I ordered garlic Parm I got all this garlic dropped on my wings my pizza meats lovers cold meat and mushrooms unbelievable then I drove 20 min out missing my lunch for this huge disappointment 60 dollars worth of food for my co workers and I and all of us were super disappointed.....minus 10 on every level....👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Don’t get me wrong they serve all right food, but the customer service is very lacking. The speed of service takes so long. They literally only had me in the restaurant and it took them more than 25 minutes to hand me over the order get it together y’all please And it wasn’t because there was delivery orders being sent out

We absolutely loved our meal!
Our BBQ chicken pizza was cooked perfectly, the ravioli was nice and thick and the garlic knots were the perfect little addition to it all.
The temperature inside the business was warm but didn’t take away from the food.
The staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Got delivery from this place very expensive. I expected good things. Ordered online service was fast but the pizza was really undercooked. Toppings were close to raw. It was overloaded with toppings and the pizza was very undercooked, the garlic bread was good but not with the money. Not by along shot.

Swung in for the first time to grab a couple slices. Excellent ingredients, the sausage used was not greasy, and clearly of high quality. Will def be back, staff was very kind and accommodating. Thank you again for a great lunch!

To be rude to my delivery driver is one thing. But then to say you’re the manager and then try to correct me like i didn’t do my research is another thing. Don’t tell people you have to pay extra for a sauce and then don’t have even have the option. My food hasn’t even made it to my house yet and I’m never ordering from you guys again. Thanks for a crappy first experience.

If you'd like to experience mediterranean sauna or find places even hotter than outside of Florida - go to Napoli. Way too hot inside and there is no air to breathe. We all got sweat and could not enjoy our food.

Super rude at this location. I stopped by and was having trouble opening the door and when I peered inside and saw nobody but one worker staring at me, so I thought that meant the door was locked and that they were closing and so I proceeded to walk away. The older gentleman that was behind the counter then came outside and swung open the door forcefully like he was just so upset I couldn’t open the door and started yelling at me saying they don’t have regular doors and I had to open it a certain way. I’m a first time costumer and never been here. After telling him he didnt have to speak to me that way over opening the door, I decided not to order and to leave. If that’s how you treat your costumers I see why it’s a ghost town in there

I've ordered slices, beef patties, and garlic knots. Each time, their food is consistent.. One certain spot is busier than the other and they might rush, but the taste never changes..
