Natsu Omakase, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the north quarter of downtown, offers an elegant and intimate dining experience. The pieces are delicious, with unique flavor combinations that set it apart from other omakase restaurants. The culinary team, led by Chef Stone, creates a truly special dining experience, with servers and chefs who are kind and professional. The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy, with only 10 seats per seating, though some guests may prefer more Zen-like music. The food was incredible, each bite more interesting than the next, both in looks and in flavor. They made proper accommodations for Celiac Disease. The sake/wine tasting was coursed out along with the omakase. Dinner was fantastic and everyone was so friendly. The chefs behind the counter were friendly and answered questions. This absolutely lives up to the hype. Every dish was so perfectly done. Every bite was a journey. The restaurant is around the corner from free parking and can be easy to miss with a small sign that just says NATSU.
