Ordered the tuna had to send it back it was extremely salty and the wrap soaking wet. Offered me a turkey sandwich that looks like a 5 year old made it. Smothie tasteless and watery. Paid $45.00 for this disaster plus 3 of tip.

This is my new favourite place to eat! I came here yesterday with my mother and I ordered the turkey club sandwich with cranberry mayo. Delicious! Everything was nicely toasted and tasted so fresh. I recently was told by my doctor that I have food restrictions and if I consume something that I can’t have my stomach instantly starts to cramp.

I was able to eat my entire sandwich and the Nutty Broccoli salad with no problems! It also have Cheddar which I normally hate the taste of (I don’t like the taste but it’s not a food restriction to me) but their cheddar doesn’t taste gross. Their cheddar tastes so neutral without a chalky feeling or bitter taste like normal cheddar I taste in other locations.

I came again today and bring my sister with me, we both ordered the turkey club and tomato basil (made with chicken broth) and it tasted so amazing! I also ordered a “Bom Beach” which has strawberries, blueberries, and pomegranate. Sadly I wasn’t aware pomegranate wasn’t a food I can’t eat; so once I started to drink it my stomach began to cramp. I asked if it’s possible to remake the drink with just strawberry and blueberries (both fruits I can have) and they understood and remade my drink. Ps they have a sign that states they don’t add sugar to their fruit smoothies and they truly don’t. Not only can you watch them make your food and smoothie but I can’t have added sugar without a stomach cramp. Even bananas, pineapple, and pomegranate all have high sugars so they cramp my stomach along with added table sugar; their smoothies have no added sugars so I was able to drink it all without problem !

They’re truly amazing and the workers are all amazing! Paola helped at the cash register taking my order and was so patient on both yesterday and today when picking out all our meals, Vanessa was so kind and helpful when I kept coming back to ask questions, and Dave was kind and hilarious with his easy going conversations and jokes. He kept making my family and I laugh with his casual jokes and his friendly energy.

Vanessa, Dave, and Paola truly all make a great team and made me feel so welcomed. They even remember my face when I came in yesterday! It’s the small things that make a nice impact.

I truly hope those three employees (Vanessa, Dave/David, and Paola) get the registration they deserve.

Ps I forgot to take a picture of the tomato basil soup, it tasted so good my sister and I wolfed it down and took the rest home without taking a photo, my apologies!

My friend i got the traditional acai bowl with nutella , sooo good, they don’t have the option to substitute for another fruit but the lady was so sweet and use mango instead of blueberries!!

They have great food and all the employees are super nice

$28 for a burger and drink is insane. Clerk acted as if I had wronged her in a past life. Never in my life will I waste my money here again.

Recently I’ve been stopping by nature’s table with some friends to enjoy the infamous acai bowl and strawberry banana smoothie, I must say the food here is top notch. A special thank you to Anneka, who cashed us out, for making our experience ever so welcoming!

It's my first time here, and it was such a great experience. Upon entering, I was greeted by Vanessa, Cristina, and Brooke. I had so many questions, and Cristina went above and beyond to answer them. She was thorough and very specific with the different options on the menu. She gave us her personal favorite choices. We ordered a Smoothie, a tuna melt, and a chicken cesar salad wrap. The food tasted fresh and yummy. We were provided with a sample of the tomato basil soup, and it didn't disappoint. They are truly amazing here, and it's such a great vibe! COME CHECK THEM OUT.

I give 4 stars instead of five because it’s called “Nature’s table”, but they actually don’t have a lot of natural selections. IE- I wanted a coffee. They only have almond milk. As a “natural” business they should be offering more plant-based milk alternatives, like oat, almond, coconut, etc. Then, for sweeteners they only have sugar and Splenda! A cancer causing sugar alternative? Not Stevia? A natural sugar substitute? Very disappointing when you think you’re going into a business that’s going to have nothing but healthy choices.
I also got the avocado toast and it was good.
The cashier was very nice and friendly. Everything was good except the fact that there wasn’t more healthy options for anyone ordering a coffee.

My husband and I come weekly for an açaí bowl. New help tonight. She made it to go with lids and started putting them in a bag when she realized we were eating in. When she took the lids off and brought them over, they were half full. I was upset because Nautical Bowls across the street fills them full. But I would really be upset if I got it to go and got home to eat it!!

I’ve been coming here everyday for the last week. I’ve seen probably the entire staff by now…I have to say they are absolutely phenomenal. My order is pretty complicated. They have been so kind and make sure it’s right every time. They are very patient and the place is so CLEAN. I will be coming here more often

Lake nonas Nature’s Table was a great spot tonight —fresh, tasty food and a super clean, welcoming atmosphere. What really made our visit special was Isabella. She took such good care of us—so friendly, sweet, and helpful the entire time. Her warm energy made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice food , terrible service, the made my order wrong I need to drive back to return my food , not even a sorry the young lady said , made another one, like they are doing me a favor , I live in Lake Nona and really like the food , but the service is terrible 😞
