Hubby and I came for “something different” and this place did not disappoint! Our server (Zac) was amazing and made our experience that much more enjoyable with his great knowledge of the menu and his personality (he had us laughing the whole time)
We got the barn burner nachos and he sold us on the 862 (I think is what it’s called) seasonal beer… hands down such a great recommendation.
Definitely will be back for our next vacation and hope that Zac is working!! 😆

This was the best decision we made eating here by far because, the staff was so nice and welcoming and our waiter ALLEN (deserves everything his heart desires lol) was so nice about working with our allergies, I didn’t even have the allergies, but I wanted to act like I did so my girlfriend wouldn’t get embarrassed. And he very much help with that. The dish we got to wasn’t what I thought it was when I ordered it, but when I got it and tried it I didn’t even care. It was amazing. Iceberg salad thing, I thought it would taste like crap but it actually blew me away how good it was 👌🏻 If I’m ever in Universal again, I’m definitely gonna try to come back and I hope I get to see Allen again 🤙🏼

Excellent food and exceptional service. Our server, Zac, was so attentive. He made great recommendations on where to go next and had extensive knowledge of the surrounding area. Will definitely be returning on our next trip to the park.

Overall a wonderful experience. We went for my son’s birthday and had a great time. The food was great and Jose our waiter made him feel like a million bucks. We are so blessed to have him help celebrate our special occasion.

Smokehouse Stack (Beef burger, smoked brisket, smoked pork) YEP A HELL OF A STACK! That is going down as the top 5 burgers I’ve ever eaten 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. And that bbq sauce - a tangy and Smokey saucy dream. Cracking sports bar, great value and service. But make sure you book a table as they get very busy.

Terrible service. Food and drinks came late. Tourist trap. Waiter with a notebook taking orders (2025)…

The waitress Sheila was absolutely wonderful.

First time here, one hostess wasn’t the friendliest but whatever. Our server JP was friendly, atrentive and very helpful. We started with calamari, which was good but wish there was more for the price. French onion burger was amazing, Parmesan fries were delicious. My husband had the brisket burger and loved it. Daughter had chicken sandwich and loved it too. Tots were huge but good, lemon aioli was a great addition to the calamari. My only complaint is the high cost but this is a Universal placed restaurant so it’s on par

We have been to universal several times and always skip this place thinking it’s just bar food. We stoped by today and it was amazing! We had the new nachos, they are great for sharing and the Wisconsin burger, hands down amazing. Portions were huge. Our server Laz was great. He was super nice and attentive. We will be back.
