Our server Kyle was super awesome. He made sure that my drinks were always full. He also was very helpful in letting us know what's best in the menu !! Highly recommend Kyle as your server.

We went last night with my husband and baby, we ordered burgers and the mini sliders for kids. Thank God my son didn’t eat it, I woke up today around 4 am throwing up the beef and bread of the sliders. I throw up 3 times, I still feel terrible with reflux and decided to go back home sooner. This also ruined our Sunday at Island of Adventure, we had to cancel our plans today because I feel very bad and weak! Called the restaurant today and talked to a nice guy named Matthew, he was trying to put the manager but didn’t answer. Left a voicemail and my number and waiting for them to call me back.

Mediocre at best, glorified fast food type quality with airport/theme park prices.

Overall, the experience was mediocre and overpriced. I tried to order a specific craft bottle, and the server actually tried to change it without my decision — that made the service feel awkward right from the start.

The wings were another disappointment: only eight pieces for $18, dry, and lacking flavor. They tasted like something that came straight out of a bag instead of a kitchen. And the nachos? Mediocre at best — basic toppings, no real texture or freshness, just another generic plate tossed together.

For a restaurant inside Universal Studios, I expected better. Stop serving pre-bagged, pre-flavored bar food at premium prices and start delivering food worthy of your location and name.

Besides our dinner being excellent, I need to give to give praise to our amazing server Stephen. Very friendly, attentive and had some awesome conversation about theme parks. Please make sure Stephen is acknowledged for his amazing service

$195 for 3 adults and 2 children for crappy food and attitudes to match. Waitress was great service and spirits. The food sat for a while in window my chicken wings were overcooked dry and cold with warm lumpy ranch, husband thai curry was disgusting taste, 1 kids chicken tenders over cooked and leathery. To where they asked if i could take the freid part off when tried barely any meat and it was so dry. Chicken salad with old lettuce and few thing small crispy strips that looknlike wonton strips. Other kid cheese flat bread was the only good thing. The mix drink was super sweet and overpriced. The hostess was rude, and could give no time frame said its football day I dunno. Try calling resturant and person answering phone didn't know and was at another location. We use to come here allt but haven't been here in abt 2 years. And it has gone down hill. Paid $195 for 1 good beer, and cheese flatbread essentially. - will not be back. Became over priced for terrible easy overcooked food.

One of the worst places I've ever visited. The service isn't bad, but the food is bad. It's very poorly presented and tastes very bad. On top of that, it's very expensive. My family couldn't eat there because the food was so bad.

My wife and I sat at the bar. Bar was staffed by Ryan, Autumn and Sergio; they team served the bar and provided amazing service and drinks despite it being a chaotic HHN event night. Flavors were on point. Attentiveness and speed was exceptional. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Great spot to kick back and have a few drinks! The vibe is lively but still relaxed, making it perfect for hanging out with friends or watching a game on their giant screens. The drinks were on point.... well-made, tasty, and just what I was in the mood for. I definitely want to go back soon to try the food, since I honestly can’t remember if I’ve eaten there before. Either way, it feels like the kind of place where you could easily spend a couple of hours enjoying good drinks, good energy, and great company.

The waiter stated the menu is constantly changing multiple times a year. So if you’ve been here before and had a decent meal, don’t be surprised if it’s no longer on the menu. This is what happened to me tonight. I was just here in April. I ended up ordering wings and a side of asparagus because literally nothing else seemed good on the menu. The asparagus is considered like a “prime” side , almost an $8 add on. This is what they brought out , literally 3 pieces of asparagus. The wings were also cold and hard. Very disappointed. We’ve been before and the food was better but this is very disappointing. The new menu doesn’t host many good options either.

rude when given order, kids sitting at bar took priority over 28 year olds. rude bartenders. football monday, bartenders catered to children and not adults who would pay money and drink while watching football games. we are leaving at the beginning of the game and will not be back for more game with children screaming while watching at the bar. gg
