I went in to get oxtail dinner, cost me $21, for a bunch of bones, with a bunch of gravy and the meat was so shredded. What was on the plate and it taste like they put sugar in it now it was awful. This is the worst Order of oxtails I ever had in my life, I called to speak with the manager, and the young lady that answered the phone told me she don’t know when the manager comes in this place has gotten pretty bad. This is my opinion. I used to love Negril on Silverstar now it is straight trash

I used to go here all the time. However the past few times I went, absolutely terrible. It appears they changed Cooks the quality of the food has decreased tremendously the oxtail is super salty and I would never ever go back here again. This is terrible the quality is horrible and I do hope they go out of business because the money they're charging is not worth it at all.

I ordered $60 worth of food and they didn’t give me my complete order, we ordered two brown stew chicken meals and one oxtail meal, they didn’t give us the oxtail meal which was $23 by itself, terrible customer service, no one really wants to work, the attitude is that all the staffers have is unacceptable but a norm please eat elsewhere.

As a born Jamaican I was very disappointed with the food on march 18 2025.The girl that was taking my order very unprofessional with her attitude face go one side with that I came to purchase not to beg or look donation.i got a medium chicken soup but got more like a medium oilly soup that upset my chest soon as I started drinking it too much oil in the soup chef.my son got a small oxtail with white rice and it look like it was cooked in pure oil as well according to my son it didn't even taste like oxtail. And lastly the prices are extremely high for food that is nowhere near 5 or 4 star.Fort Lauderdale is more expensive in every way but food is much cheaper on that side.

The curried Goat, Jerk Chicken and fried chicken were Excellent!!! Highly recommend! Also their Kirkman road location has a reggae live band Friday night is excellent !

Was communicated that a meal was lunch special price and when I got to the cashier it was different price. Cashier was very rude and insensitive about it and argued with me about it. Manager was called that took forever to come out. I usually don’t stop at this location but give me all reason not ever again.
