I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Brian, the cafeteria’s chef. He is truly an incredible person. My daughter is an oncology patient at the hospital and undergoes chemotherapy regularly. Some of these treatments are performed under spinal anesthesia, usually around noon, which means she often has to skip breakfast.
Last week, after one of these procedures, lunch service was nearly over when my daughter suddenly asked for a bagel with cream cheese. Although it wasn’t on the menu, Brian somehow managed to find exactly what she wanted. His kindness and effort brought her so much joy during a difficult day, and I am deeply grateful.
Also, I want to compliment the hospital’s fresh pasta Thursdays — the quality and care put into these meals really stand out and deserve recognition.
Thank you for making challenging days a little brighter.
The real cooked meals were not available when I went but I loved the variety on the grab and go options. They were moderately priced and readily available. The checkout machine was easy to use. The cocoa cola freestyle machine did have some flavors and options missing from the normal menu but it still has what I wanted. I got a zero sugar sprite lymonade. I also got an Italian wrap. It was very fresh and tasty. They offered ample sauces and condiments. I would recommend it. The dining area was very clean and bright offering alfresco eating areas. They had great things to choose from they even have a sushi kitchen.
Super friendly staff and amazing healthcare.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of toys and smiling faces to brighten your child’s day.

My sick daughter just got a bunch of blood taken after seeing her specialist and we went to the cafeteria at 10:15 am and they had 4 fresh pizzas and refused to sell one to my sick child because its not 11am yet. So those 4 pizzas will sit under a heat lamp for 45 minutes before they are allowed to be sold at lunch time to more sick kids. Old congealed pizza for sick children at a children's hospital. Yet there breakfast was already gone. So after all that blood taken we had to go somewhere else to get her food because all that was available was pre-packaged garbage. How are you going to look a sick and pale child and tell them they can't have that pizza until it rots under a light til 11am. Maybe make the pizzas closer to the actual selling time. Not an hour before you are "allowed" to sell them. Bad food practices in a children's hospital. Lazy pizza guy and has no compassion so he shouldn't be working around people who need compassion.

It is only for relatives of hospital patients. People who come from outside cannot enter. I wanted water and I had to walk a mile to buy it. I understand that it is security
It's pretty good for hospital food
