In the Hood, but such a good place to eat. Nicks is by far the absolute best place for breakfast. The staff and cooks are freaking awesome! Very good atmosphere. This is a hidden gem! I wish they were open more hours bc I’d love to take my husband here for dinner but they’re not open dinner hrs. This is a no frills restaurant but the food is very good! I’ve never had a bad meal here…my fave is definitely the Pork chops w apple stuffing AMAZING and you can’t go wrong with any of their homemade soups! If you go during peak hours for breakfast or lunch expect to wait a bit but it’s worth it! All the servers I’ve had have been kind and attentive! The only negative I have is that they charge a fee to pay by CC.

Must visit again when I’m in the area. The coffee alone was soooooo good that I had 3 cups, and I usually only have one! Bryan was an excellent server. All food was outstanding! Zero complaints. They even had blow pops for customers at checkout.

The food was amazing. My daughter got the shrimp and grits. Delicious. I got the farm boy omelette, and my son got a western omelette. The grits were great. The Belgian waffle was amazing. We will visit this place again. I didn’t even know it was right up the road for me.
