I have been looking forward to eating from here for a long time. I have followed the restaurant for years on Facebook. When I finally got the change to eat here i was disappointed. Maybe i caught them on a bad day I don't know. My mac & cheese got melted on the foam plate you can see it in the pictures. My chicken tasted off like it was reheated it was also dry. Now the candy yams that was on point absolutely delicious. The cornbread was average. I might give them another try if I do and its better I will update this review.

I am literally in tears and not of joy🥺🥲, how and who is keeping this place open, I ordered meatloaf dressing and yellow rice and when I say disgusting I mean that from the bottom of my heart nothing tasted good and y'all really need to check that gravy because it tasted spoiled. Please fire every cook you have back there and rebuild this restaurant back to the quality it use to be

Ordered the chitterlings dinners through DoorDash and trashed them. They did not clean them at all. This is a health hazard and I’m speechless that they would serve this to people.
I remember they used to be a great place to eat at but we won’t eat here again. At this rate this will be another business closing down. Hope they improve because someone will get sick at this rate.

I found this amazing spot by watching you tube. I got the smothered ribs bowl with yellow rice. It was amazing. The flop was also so good. The staff was courteous, kind, and so polite. Everything overall was a 10/10

Nikki was very hospitable and the food was on point. Even my nephew who is very particular about his food was impressed and that’s hard to do! If you’re in Florida, check this place out!!
My mother recently visited Nikki’s Soul Food in Orlando and ordered the chitlin meal. Unfortunately, the chitlins were extremely unclean and tasted very unpleasant — clearly not properly cleaned or prepared. This was not only disappointing but also concerning from a food safety standpoint. We expected much better quality and care from a soul food restaurant. Needless to say, we won’t be returning, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve their food handling and preparation standards.

Food was disgusting and came out like warm had to tell them to rewarm it. The Macaroni was brown like it was old. I’m so disappointed! 2/10 don’t recommend. And lastly the server Niko was VERY rude, she has no customer service whatsoever.
