Awesome new speakeasy craft cocktail/tapas bar! It’s classy and the drinks are very unique, and the tapas both tasty and reasonably priced - especially loved the various meat skewers. If you like cocktails or are looking for a good date night spot, Noir is it! Btw the entrance is hidden inside Talay (which is also an amazing restaurant).
