So I got takeout yesterday and ordered a shrimp roll and tuna roll with clear broth soup. The shrimp had a bad taste which felt old and also the soup was so small for $4 it should be charged $2. On top of that the wait to receive my order took much longer after they said it’d be done soon it took like over 10 minutes. The other sushi was good though. But won’t be ordering though again since not a good experience

Food was good. Waitress was very nice but horrible with service. The place could use a deep clean and revamping. Sat next to the window panels that are fraying on the edges and very dirty. A deep clean needed between the booth cushion and the frame.

Cozy hidden gem in Lake Nona.Yellow tail carpaccio is fresh and delightful.Good Sushi variety and all are top notch. Fried rice has great flavor.Very reasonable prices.Service always good.My go to place when I want good food along with peace and quiet. ❤️

Nona Sushi has fallen off a bit. I came for some of the fried rice I used to love so much, and left feeling disappointed. The flavors are just gone. It's no longer worth the price. I don't eat sushi, so I can't speak to that. It might be amazing, but I'll never know. Thankfully Durian Durian in the same plaza still has great fried rice. I'll be going there.

Ordered take out from Nona Sushi Saturday Evening at 7:45pm. Got there 45 minutes later at about 8:30pm to pick up the food. It wasn't ready. They told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. 20 minutes pass. Now it's 8:50pm. I asked a waitress passing by how much longer for my food? Already over 1 hour passed since I ordered it. They said 5 more minutes. I waited in front getting more angry with each passing minute. They avoided me like the plague as I waited patiently in the front of the restaurant. 15 more minutes pass. Now it's 9:05pm. Still not ready. Because they still were avoiding me I was forced to apprehend a waitress. I asked her for my food. She said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I told her I was told that twice already and I want my food immediately or I'm cancelling the order. They finally brought out my food about 1 minutes later. Total cook time over 1&1/2 hours. Never ever again will I go to Nona Sushi. Persistent lack of honesty and customer service made this visit a nightmare. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere because it was so extremely aggravating. And I was not alone. About a half dozen other people were waiting excessive amounts of time for their take out food. Ridiculous.

I am blown away by the current rating. The food is so delicious, fresh, and the service is friendly. We come here at least once a month and they are always busy. We went with friends to Seito's in Dr. Phillips and totally regretted paying the money, and wished we could have spend that at Nona Sushi.
Shoutout to the hard-working girl who can accommodate and service all 10 tables all by herself.Because of this, wait time was expected.Overall, a local favorite. Thank you for your service!

I gave this local spot two tries, and unfortunately after both I still can not recommend this place to others. Both times the food was bland, and on my most recent trip the wrong hibachi dish was brought out, then when the correct one was returned parts of the meal were cold because they were left sitting out. There are better options for Sushi in Lake Nona.
