Noodles is one of our favorite restaurants, but unfortunately the one close to us closed in NY. We ordered delivery on our recent Florida vacation. I like that they offer small portions because there's always one than one entree I want to try, so I'll order two small portions. We hadn't been in a few years and this visit was very disappointing. The small portions were super small like child sized. My sister got the small cauliflower rigatoni and was disappointed with the $10 price, taste and super small portion. I requested that the food be left at the door, but the delivery guy blew the horn, rattling my dog, then proceeded to call. I think they do this hoping for a tip, but a tip was already left with my online order. The food didn't agree with me this time. I woke up in the middle of the night scratching like some sort of bad reaction to the food.

On multiple occasions I ordered (delivery) from the Fashion Square Orlando, FL location and just never got my food. It just happened again today but this time the delivery person came to my community, asked me to step outside, I stepped outside, I guess they got lost and my order was suddenly cancelled. What the hell is going on with THEIR INCOMPETENT UNPROFESSIONAL delivery service? I don't care if it's via Uber Eats or Postmates. I WANT MY DAMN FOOD. The manager on staff today told me "no refund" when every time this happened before the more professional manager on site, Stefan, would always refund me my money. THIS IS NONSENSE & completely unacceptable. Don't order delivery from these incompetent idiots.

The women's bathroom sink was detached from the wall, and draining into a bucket. Also one of the tables had broken legs and was frighteningly unstable.

Horrible customer service. 4 people working there. The cashier is working on to go orders and told me she will be right there. Fine no problem. 7 minutes pass by. I understand you’re understaffed so I say nothing. When she comes back to me she says they’re pretty much out of everything and don’t have any cheese. Seriously? You couldn’t have said that before you made me wait? There needs to be a sign or something so people don’t waste their time. The lady was so rude as well. As if it’s my fault they’re out of their items.

This spot exceeded my expectations! The menu itself can overwhelming because they have so many options, which is always a good problem to have. However, the pics they use on their menu don't look half as good as what you really end up getting once your food is ready. Think of this place as a Panera without the sandwiches. Every dish was better than the next. They have zoodles and caulifloodes for those that love pasta but want to stay on the healthier side! They have two sizes, small and regular and trust me, you'll be satisfied with just the small. Love that they give you plenty of protein with each dish which makes it that much more filling. Pasta lovers rejoice! You definitely have to try this place. And the food comes out super quick so you don't have to wait forever!

I had the Penne Rosa. Noodles, where was the sauce. OMG. It don't cost that much for you to provide some REAL tomato sauce. The noodles appeared to be engineered, painted, with the reddish tint to give appearance that there was sauce. This is unacceptable and a cheesy (cheap) way to do business. WE DESERVE BETTER QUALITY FOOD AND WE KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. Not tricky engineered look a like stuff that resemble real food. You have lost a customer!!! The quality of your food has tanked!!

This place is great. We came for lunch. The line took more time than I liked but the reason is because they actually cook up what you order. I ordered the roasted garlic cream tortellini. It was AMAZING. I didn't expect it to be that good. But wow it was. I also ordered the wisconsin mac and cheese. It was standard in my opinion. Not great like the tortellini was. And it is understaffed. Perhaps because of COVID. Still highly recommended though.
It was absolutely fantastic! Great pasta for the price and you get so much!! I had some left over and got to eat it for lunch the next day! Only wish there were more around! Definitely will come back!

Ate there tonight after long day at park. There were only 3 young ladies working the entire restaurant. They were the hardest working employees I have seen in a long time. As hectic as it was they were super friendly/professional. Noodles and Company needs to triple their pay. The food was awesome. It is hard working people like this that are getting our country back to the way it was. Way to go girls!

Portions are small. Paid for a large but got a half-filled bowl of pesto cavatappi with chicken. Only 2 mushrooms in whole bowl. Nothing close to the picture. It wasn't like this before. Feel like i got scammed.
