Noodles and Company

Decided to try b/c love anything pasta. Was impressed by menu choices. Order Pai Thai, was good. Added chicken, although processed however the seasoning was just right. Would have liked more veggies, my preference. My husband ordered shrimp scampi, very pleased with his dish. For the price this was a good meal. Thanks.

Gave this place a second try after I loved the pasta dish I ordered the first time, which they only have for limited time “Steak Stroganoff”. Even though the first time the Steak was missing from the dish, this time around I was assisted by Lee the Assistant Store Manager who really delivered and truly made my experience 5 stars on my second visit. She welcomed us with a smile and pleasant hospitality, took our order, checked and ensure our order was accurate before serving, and brought our order to us. What took our experience to another level was the engagement she had with my daughter who is a child, offered a coloring book and yet she was still smiling 😃
Not to mention my pasta dish was even better this time (had steak in it this time)
Honestly she delivered the experience you expect at a fine dining restaurant. Good Job Lee!

service is quick but every single time either I or my boyfriend have come to this location The staff does not acknowledge our presence for at least five minutes. There is no one at the register and they all just look at you and then continue doing what they’re doing. As someone that works in fast food/food service I always make sure to acknowledge the customer even if I’m busy and it might take a minute. It’s not that hard to just say we’ll be with you in one second.

Had enjoyed this establishment a couple months back but came back today to lazy employees. Food came out in take out containers because the dine in plates weren’t clean, they didn’t “have the time to” according to the server. Food was subpar after thinking it was delicious, gluten free pasta was not fully cooked and there was cheese all over the rim and sides of my container, making it splatter cheese all over me when attempting to take the rest home. The fun part was when I wanted a to go lid, I couldn’t find an employee anywhere behind the counter. Both employees were sitting having a conversation, so I went ahead and grabbed a lid myself which got me a dirty look from the friend of the employees that were sitting down during their shift. This is also frustrating considering the employees are claiming they don’t have the time to do things. There was much more on top of this that I don’t have the energy to type out. Incredibly disappointed and won’t be coming back.

I went for a pick up and there were 3 people, 2 guys (working really hard) and a she/he/they BEYOND RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL person. If you don’t want anybody after the cashier section going towards bathroom AT LEAST have somebody acknowledging you they see you and let people know YOU ARE AWARE of their presence. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!

I went to this location today to grab something quick. The plate portions were small. Half the plate was empty. The food was not hot. On top of that the utensils were filthy. Looked as though they were not cleaned. When I pointed it out to the person who gave me food they said oh sorry an walked off. Not what I was expecting

I ordered food here on uber eats. What I got was terrible. I ordered Japanese noodles with marinated steak and added shrimp. This tasted like a cheap microwave meal. The noodles were stuck together in clumps. The food overall had very little flavor. The shrimp was so flavorless and nasty I couldn't even eat it. Not only was it gross, the serving size was pathetic for what they charge. I would have gotten better value, taste, and satisfaction getting fast food. Avoid this place.

I had the chicken parm and it was lower quality than frozen ones I've had. All of it seemed pre-made and heated up. My son got the Mac and Cheese and it was on par with kraft Mac. Prices aren't great either.
