I ordered food here on uber eats. What I got was terrible. I ordered Japanese noodles with marinated steak and added shrimp. This tasted like a cheap microwave meal. The noodles were stuck together in clumps. The food overall had very little flavor. The shrimp was so flavorless and nasty I couldn't even eat it. Not only was it gross, the serving size was pathetic for what they charge. I would have gotten better value, taste, and satisfaction getting fast food. Avoid this place.

The bathrooms in this location are the dirtiest we have ever seen in a restaurant , worst than most gas stations. In an establishment that serves food, it’s worrisome how dirty the bathrooms were. Disgusting.

This is not a Karen review. I'm not throwing a fit or asking to speak to the manager, but this was seriously a less than satisfying experience going to lunch. This Noodles & Company is location near the intersection Alafaya Trail and University Boulevard. I happen to be down by UCF so my friend and I figured we'd swing in and grab some of the pad Thai we've heard about. We enter the restaurant it was not particularly clean, not hideously, dirty, but noticeably "not clean". I'm not sure why we didn't leave because the experience continued on the same trajectory. I ordered the aforementioned pad Thai, which I unsure was so infamous because it was probably amongst the worst pad Thai I've ever had in my life , the first plate that was offered to me was all broken noodles. I know that seems petty but it was actually hard to eat so I asked if I could get one with whole noodles. They returned with new longer noodles that were drenched in so much sauce. It looked like I was eating Ramen soup and upon further inspection it was missing both peanuts and chicken. The entire experience was doomed. I opted to just leave and call it a day. I wasn't asking for food a 3rd time.

Best vegetarian pad thai I've ever had! I usually purchase dumplings too and they're amazing! Big fan of the vanilla coke. But omg, you have to try the rice krispy treats!! Out of this world

True to its name, this spot is dedicated to all things pasta. They have a large menu selection with varying pastas, sauces and proteins. The portions are reasonable, one plate is filling. Personally, I recommended coming here with friends and sharing from a variety of plates. I got the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese and the 3 Cheese Tortellini Rosa. The Mac & Cheese was tasty but nothing special, perhaps go for one of the more unconventional options. On the other hand, the tortellini Rosa was delicious with a nice spice that evenly warms your mouth and a flavorful filling. I highly recommend ordering this. Service is fairly quick and the atmosphere is clean and cozy. This spot is a must try for college students as in comparison to most food these days, these prices aren’t as steep with an average of $9.00 per plate (the plates are decently large). Overall, it’s worth giving a shot especially for all you pasta lovers (me included)!Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options. Opt for tofu or no protein at all.

This used to be a restaurant called Spoleto. They had lots of ingredients, sauces, and pastas, and had italian wines and such that you could pair with your meal. The place had a lot of character with art and merchandise on the walls. When I came back to town and saw it had become "Noodles and Company" I assumed it was a standard rebranding. Boy was I wrong. There are still shelves, but they are totally empty; the walls have corporate looking prints and not enough of them to even be fully decorated. The menu is small with few ways to customize your meal compared to previous. But more importantly: service was abysmally slow. Our order was not taken for ages because no one was working the counter at all and the man cooking had to stop what he was doing to retrieve an employee to take our order. Then when finally the food arrived it was barely earm despite the fact I was dine-in and saw the server pick it up from the window not long after it had been placed. Don't know what happened here but it is a massive downgrade from Spoleto and I will not be returning. How disappointing.

Terrible. I ordered a kid meal for my child today, 8/22/2023. The meal included a beverage, and I chose Milk. They gave me the one that is BB April 16 2023.It is more than 4 months different. It is super dangerous and serious problem especially for kids.
