I had a terrible experience at the restaurant. I took my wife there to celebrate her birthday, and I was really let down by the way she was treated. I won’t be returning. Doc Phillips deserves a lot better. With so many other options nearby, it’s hard to understand how they can afford to provide such poor service.

This place is phenomenal!!!! If you're looking for an upscale restaurant full of opulent scenery, grand customer service, and delicious cuisine, Norman's Orlando is the place to be! The customer service I received was one of the best dining experiences I've encountered. Haley, our server, was so kind, thoughtful, and attentive to myself and the dinner party. The food was flavorful and well prepared. I will definitely be dining here again!

We were in town for Fabtech and we had a group dinner!!! The atmosphere, the service, the drinks, the food, and 100% of the experience was off the charts!!! I highly recommend the restaurant and the experience!!! We will be back!!!

What an amazing time we had! My boyfriend and I came for the first time during magical dining and it was such a great experience. It was our first time there and our very lovely waiter Vincent, was so patient with us. He answered all of our questions and was incredibly friendly. Vincent made the environment incredibly relaxing and fun. He even explained the restaurant in general, I didn’t know this was a farm to table restaurant prior to my arrival. I could tell the place was busy, but we never went unattended while we waited on our orders. Vincent continuously checked in on us and I appreciated that so much! There were also other individuals that popped in on us to check and see how we were doing, which was really nice. The food was freaking amazing, I’m so pleased with what we ordered and honestly I cannot wait to go back to try the regular menu. Truly fine dining. I’m not use to having A+ service and A+ food, so glad we tried this place. 10/10 would recommend. (See photos of a few of our items)

I had a wonderful evening at Norman's Orlando. The food was absolutely delicious, with rich flavors and impeccable presentation. The atmosphere was elegant and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend for a special night out! (Scallop Mushroom Risotto was amazing!!!) (And very special thanks to “Brendan, Haley, Isabel and other team members ??❤️)!
Made a reservation for my parents' 40th anniversary and had a wonderful, first-time experience! Our server, Haley, was so kind and provided superb service. We appreciated the restaurant's detailed service and their efforts towards making my parents' experience a celebratory one, from the personalized menus, the scallop crudo starter (compliments from the chef), “Happy Anniversary” edible signage on both desserts with Haley's complimentary champagne pairing, and the chocolate “besitos” to conclude our dining experience. Loved the interior and feel of the main dining room. I also appreciated the management walking to our table twice to not only greet my parents but thank us for joining them to celebrate our family occasion. It was absolutely fabulous and met my expectations for a restaurant of that quality and caliber. Would definitely like to explore the bar and terrace areas for another Norman's experience!

We had a wonderful dinner at Norman’s. The night started with friendly reception and bar service. Our reserved table was ready right on time. We indulged in the Magical Nights prix fixe menu which let us try an array of the chef’s specialties. Our sommelier suggested great wines. The high lights of the night were the blue crab beignets , charred and chilled beef tataki, FOUR PEPPERCORN ROASTED PRIME PETITE FILET MIGNON, PAN-COOKED FILLET OF KEY WEST YELLOWTAIL SNAPPER with BRAISED SPINACH ~ GARLICKY MASHED POTATOES ~ CITRUS BUTTER and of course the chocolate panna cotta and tres leches cake.
Dietary restrictions: The staff was very attentive to our gluten free request for one of our party.

First time dining at Norman’s and it was truly a wonderful experience! The service was superb from the moment we entered to the moment we left! The hostess was lovely and very friendly! We sat at the bar and the bartenders were very attentive and the drinks were delicious! The dining room was very pretty and we were taken care by Matthew! A friendly and knowledgeable server! He gave great recommendations! We loved how we never once had to ask for water. This lovely employee made sure our glasses were filled at all times. We were given excellent service by everyone. Ted the General Manager came by to check up on us and he was very kind and along his side was Chef Carlos. Our compliments to him and his staff for the beautiful presentation of the food and the flavor of every dish we experienced!! I highly recommend this restaurant because of the constant attention of the staff and the food! We will back for sure!

Bday party of 6. Great place very beautiful to take your wife out or GF on a date. Things that I did not like were,the food quantity was definitely not there I received a piece of chicken no side just a piece of chicken wife ordered steak which was amazing great job chef ?? with mash potato’s that tasted earthy. the food menu was so inconveniently big that you couldn’t really set it down or look at it because of how massive it was just for a small food selection. I believe the food menu should be as small as the desert menu. The water cup smelled like wet dog had to ask one of the servers to swap a few cups from my table.the food took about 1 hour and 15min to come out,they offered us more bread and gave us complimentary champagne for my party which was nice and very much appreciated. Total of my bill for 2 people (me and my wife) 16oz steak with small portion of mash potatoes and a piece of chicken as well as a piece of cake 215$ (I was still hungry after going here) total bill of table 667$. I think the old Norman’s before Covid was much better. They have allot of work to do.

First time Visiting Normans. Made reservation for 2 for the last night of Magical Dining. From the moment my friend and I walked in, we were greeted with such kindness and graciousness. Our server Brandon was beyond amazing and so attentive. All of the support staff was attentive as well. We ordered a bottle of Sancerre (their wine menu was excellent by the way and offered a broad range of selections) and there wasn’t a moment where either of our glasses were empty. Donny also went above and beyond with accommodating a more private table for us along with checking in frequently to ensure we were enjoying our experience.He made us feel like family❤️ Of course the food was OUTSTANDING!! I will be recommending Norman’s to every person I know and I will be back very soon. 10/10 Thank you so much for an incredible evening.
