Our server was great and the food was excellent! I thought the menu was reasonably priced and a good value for the quality. Try the truffle garlic bread - you won't regret it! :)
Table of eight. Teenagers order pizza. Adults order pasta bowls. Pizza comes out fast. Pasta takes an hour to come out. Asked to talk to the manager. Basically blown off with a "it'll be out soon." No apology. No explanation. Won't be heading back to a place with terrible service like this...and absolute joke.
The food was delicious. We had 4 guests and everyone loved each dish, even the salad entrees. The grilled bread was ridiculous. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Orlando and we will recommend to our resort friends.
We were craving pasta so we went to North Italia as we have been there before long time back .... but not going again .. The service was super slow and the host was not attentive at all We ordered three pastas and all were below average and had no flavour whatsoever , we complained to our host and without any response he picked up the bowl from front of my daughter rudely and took it back ... and brought new pasta after 10 minutes which was never the less same :( Save your money and go to Olive Garden better service and way better pasta !!
I came here last night expecting a fine dining experience based on the way the restaurant is advertised—and while the food absolutely delivered, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. To start with the positives: the valet parking was a nice touch, and the food was exceptional—easily the highlight of the night. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and plated beautifully. I would return for the food alone. However, for a place marketed as fine dining, there were several noticeable disconnects: •The menus were laminated, which felt more casual than upscale. •Staff uniforms weren't consistent, which detracted from the professionalism you'd expect. •Despite arriving in a suit, we were seated in a booth instead of being offered a proper table with a chair to hang my jacket—small detail, but one that matters in a fine dining setting. Most disappointing, though, was the service. Our server came to the table a total of three times during the entire meal. By the time he returned for the last time, I ordered another round of drinks along with the check—simply because I wasn't sure when we'd see him again. All in all, this restaurant has phenomenal culinary talent in the kitchen, but the front-of-house service and attention to detail need to rise to that same standard. If they can tighten that up, it could easily become one of the top spots around.
Haven't been to North Italia in a while and decided to give it a try again. Enjoyed it it was not overly busy. They served the food perfectly well prepared and our waiter was really attentive. Will be back sooner than later.
almost all items were drenched olive oil, butter or cream as well as salt. the beef carpaccio in most Italian restaurant is drizzled with olive oil but this one had cream which overwhelmed the taste of beef itself. Service was good, prices are good but the food saturated with butter creamed and salt, which is not enjoyable at all.
What a great night! Awesome service with Max- friendly and super helpful, and he even convinced us to try a few new things (which we never ever do!) Don't miss out on the “bomba style” add on if you get the pizza, and the arugula salad is perfect for summer!
Got the bolognese with gluten free pasta and it was spectacular. Justin M. was an amazing server. $25 uncorking fee for wine, which was steep, but still kept the total cost of the bottle lower than buying a minimum $50 bottle there.
We had a nice dinner. We never felt rushed and it was a perfect one hour dinner. Nice hostess and waiter. Will definitely come back again.

Been many times before when it's been quiet. This time it was busy and it's clear they can't cope. Took close to an hour to get food. When food came I was given food that I didn't order, with the server saying “ they ran out of your pasta, so they gave you this instead”. No apology, no checking if it was an acceptable substitute.
I have eaten here several times and enjoy the food but this was the worse service experience I have ever had. We sat outside for the first time. We ordered drinks and our food and received our burrata and wine in a timely fashion. Fast forward to 40 min after we ordered and our server tells us that the pasta that my son ordered was no longer available tonight so my son changed his order and we were told that our food would be prioritized. After another 10 minutes, my husband asked to speak to a manager. The manager apologized and offered to bring us an appetizer or drinks while we waited and I said we just wanted our dinner. When our food finally came, the server asked if we wanted more wine and we said yes at that point. After finishing our food, we had to flag down our waiter for the check. My husband looked at the bill and the waiter was sure to mention that he took off the pasta that we didn't receive but we were charged for the extra glasses of wine. I understand that delays can happen but the fact that the manager offered some small compensation for our inconvenience and then our waiter did not provide us it has made me decide to not return as there are so many other options in Orlando with better service. It would have been nice if the manager would have followed up with us but that did not happen. I would NOT recommend this place if you want to est in a typical timely fashion.
Great food and great ambiance! Food was delicious and drinks were yummy. They were also super accommodating of my friends gluten allergy.
Didn't get last call, wasn't able to order dessert while server was just sitting with coworkers near us just chatting with each other.
Went for Mother's Day for the first time and the experience was great. Food was tasty and service was great, I would definitely go back again.
