I had been meaning to try this place for months but never got there. Then they sent me a coupon for a free bundtlet cake for my birthday so I went. I think this will now be my annual birthday cake. We had a chocolate chocolate chip and a lemon raspberry. Both were excellent, moist, and very flavorful. I’ll be back soon!

they use a promotion a birthday coupon to get you in there, but then don’t honor the coupon

***You credited a refund to the wrong customer.*** Here’s my original post: Purchased a dozen Bundtinis for a birthday celebration. When we opened the box the following day to celebrate, we were very disappointed to see that none of them had icing. We had no choice but to serve it but dessert was ruined. Only four were eaten; the rest we tossed. This was a pre-order and the box was sealed when I went to pick it up. Mini cupcakes that cost $30.00 for a dozen should at least have frosting. Isn’t their frosting what they’re famous for???

It’s my first birthday without a bundlet free from the store. I sent my mom and they didn’t access to give her the cake without the id! It’s the very first time that this happen to me. So upsetting. I paid mine since we drove 20 miles to head to the store The cakes are so delicious but this store customer services I don’t recommend!!!

Wow, simply amazing the cakes are moist and delicious and the price isn't bad. Try it and I promise if you are a sweets eater like I am you will love it. Lemon and Vanilla are my favorite my husband loves the Red

I walked into the store today, and the young lady behind the counter was training, and there was another young lady with her who Seem like she really didn’t wanna work today because when I was placing my order and I said, can I have the chocolate chip cookie Bundt cake she has well which one do you want in a sarcastic voice and she just kept having an attitude the rest of the whole order and when I purchased a little bag to put my cakes and she goes, do you want it in that bag, I paid enough for these things today and I really don’t need to be treated poorly

If you want the mini cakes you can’t pick your flavors on the spot. You have to pre order and they stated it would take 30 minutes to get it together. The store was empty. They had preselected assorted boxes.
