Needed a birthday cake for 20 people and they had them ready to go and will decorate them for you . They also had balloons! That was a time saver . Thank you for your service :)

The manager Ashley is amazing. Our company has been placing orders at this location for years but this past Christmas Ashley went above and beyond to make sure the orders were correct and perfect!!! Thank you Ashley.

So I'll start off and being honest I have never tasted them I ordered them for my daughter for her birthday who lives in Florida and I live in the Minnesota. Unfortunately due to some unscrupulous delivery driver at Uber eats she didn't receive the first ones on her birthday like she was supposed to The next day I called the store and at first it was a bit rough they really didn't want to do anything to help so I called Uber eats who had absolutely no information supposedly about this delivery driver even though they are the ones who sent them to pick it up they couldn't help me at all which is ridiculous, and I called the store back and they were very understanding and actually remade the order for her and let her come pick it up free of charge. In the end my daughter ended up with some beautiful bundtlings that she was thrilled to get and she said they tasted delicious and she's very particular about what she likes I am super grateful to the store manager for helping me out with my problem because they were a lot of money for me I will say that and on a low income like I have I wasn't able to spend that money again and I would have hated for her to miss out on it so I'd say the store receives a 11 out of 10. Awesome cakes ! I had a great experience , Ashley noticed I stop in Atleast once a week with my husband and offered me a free bundtlet on them. She didnât have to do that but it was a sweet gesture. The girls are always helpful and get me in and out . A few of these reviews look personal, I always have a great experience with the staff when I am there .

My first time at this place and I had an amazing experience, the staff and manager Ashley were very helpful since I had a hard time being able to fully see the options. She took her time to read me each of the flavors and will definitely make this my weekly stop!

I am Writing this as someone who really enjoys the services Nothing Bundt Cake provides well use to I shall say . Ashley and Kacie Needs to be held accountable the way the store runs. Employees and shift leads made racial derogatory comments about me while they thought that I was not able to hear . Ashley Shows lack of professionalism. Ashely then redirects me to Katie Hale the operating partner when I mentioned HR being aware of this

Regret coming here yesterday take your money and go somewhere else or to another location. The staff sucks . I used to be a regular but not no more they have new people every other day and they donât not have good customers service!!! The new people with training name tags was on the phone when I entered. I also Think there is new management who isnât knowledgeable as well. I canât wait to the Kissimmee location opens hopefully they are better

My experience at this bakery was HORRRIBLLLLEEEE ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this bakery to anyone . The managers Kacie & Ashley Were both RUDE and NASTY . Their appearance was disgraceful, disgusting. Their cake had hair in it, & spilled over . Save your money and go to Publix . DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Nice and cute cake. Love the look and vibe of it but honestly I don't enjoy it too much, way too sweet for my taste. I can see how others would enjoy it though!
Ordered a cake for delivery! There was a little miscommunication, but the team handled it quickly and fixed it with no trouble! My friend had a perfect birthday cake!

I went to this location on Tuesday early in the morning after a doctorâs appointment. I live 30 minutes away and was thrilled to see Nothing Bundt Cakes was right next door. I tried to walk in but the door was locked, I did not realize they were not yet open, and they shouldnât have been for another 45 minutes. As I was about to return back to my car I was kindly met by a woman with blue dyed hair and cool tattoos, I wish I got her name! This employee told me that unfortunately they were closed at the moment but to give her just a few minutes and that she would happily welcome me in and take my order! I was pleasantly surprised and grateful that she was willing to open up the store earlier for me! She did this without even knowing how far away I lived, she was very sweet and I couldnât have been more appreciative for her kindness, and my bundt cakes were delicious!

Oh, goodness!! You, know, there's probably something there that is a flavor I might not personally care for, but I'm betting it's still absolutely wonderful because . . . every single thing is magnificently deeelicious!!
Visually exceptional as well as totally tasty. Items make a great gift, even if the person receiving that 'gift' is yourself. That's my theory.
